This is the fourth Heating/AC unit Ive had Broward install -- it seems the life span is about 11 years and we have two of them. I set everything up through Lily, who was a pleasure to deal with. She handled everything and even arranged for us to receive a complimentary water heater with the AC Install. The work was performed the next day and you wouldn't even know that I had installers here.

I have used Broward for approx 15 years at 2 residences combined. I findth value worth the price. They are on time more than 90% of the time and commniicate well with us. They have suggested improvements and worked with us to get them in a reasonable time frame. Also when we are not in residence our home watch people can work easily with them. It is called peace of mind. I have recommended them to several neighbors who have used them as well.

We've been a satisfied customer of Broward Factory Service for over 10 years. Throughout that time frame BFS has installed in our second story condo a new HVAC system and a new Hot Water Tank. In addition they have repaired our refrigerator and kitchen faucet, replaced our Insincerator/Waste Disposal Unit and fixed our two toilets. I have used BFS in two different homes since 1990, and yes, there have been some bumps. But on the whole, there is none better.
