Had an emergency with a cooling unit. So, being proactive, I started searching for the part I need to replace. Called looking to see if they had a certain compressor in stock. I was immediately questioned and laughed at by Kristin.

There are too many places from which to purchase parts to have to put up with such entitlement.

As a contractor for the state of Florida for the past 27 years I can honestly say that every time I’m in there everyone goes above and beyond to help get what I need. The entire team is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Arrived at 8am and left at 12:18pm they only had 1forklift to unload and at times they had to attend the customers on the bright side caught up with some sleep

Worst place to get unloaded got here 30 mins before apt and its been 4hrs already and the truck isn't even half way unloaded ridiculous....
