Dont act like they could care less if they sell anything .Been in the apartment business for 20 yrs making heating and air conditioning repairs never had such a dismissive attitude.I will never do business there,went down the road had a great experience and the parts needed with a smile and a thank you for your business,this place could learn a thing or two from them!

Terrible customer service, man on the phone didn't even listen to the request then goes on to tell me that he can not sell me the parts anyhow. I am the facilities manager of a very large church and we do our own maintenance work to know that this company wont sell part to even the church just goes to show how awful their service truly is.

I really can't write a review of this place since I work here but I will say we try hard to make our customers happy. 😊

Lots of cool toys if your an AC tech. Gotta be licensed to buy though. Nice guys all around.
