Angel Air & Heat is a family owned, family operated, and family oriented business. And as no surprise, Angel Air & Heat has treated us as a customer as though we are family. Ray, his son, their service crew, and their office staff all do an excellent job at serving their customers and accommodating their needs in an honest, trustworthy, and fair manner. To say that HVAC operation in Florida is important is an understatement - especially considering the age of some of the population. Whether it's an emergency call, regular service and maintenance, repair, or a full blown installation, our expectations have not only been met but so often times have been exceeded.

Angel Air & Heat is a hard-working company, and they care about their customers. They do good quality work in a professional manner, with a high attention to detail - even the little things like minor touch-up painting around a new thermostat or cleaning up after their work is complete.

We called Angel Air yesterday because one of our Air Conditioners stopped working.
Ray quickly came out and found the problem.
He acquired the parts and fixed it today.
The responsiveness and workmanship were amazing !

I do not have a history of writing negative reviews! Unfortunately, for whatever reason, I don't believe that our problem was a priority for Angel Air. Upon our return to our Melbourne Beach Winter Haven on October 22nd 2022, our rooftop air-conditioner on our Montana Mountaineer RV was inoperative. I called Angel Air for a service call and they finally came to assess the broken air conditioner on Friday the 28th. After not hearing back from them after 2 weeks, I decided to call and get an update. I was apologized to and advised that they had been very busy. I was also advised that an emailed quote would be forthcoming possibly over the Veterans Day weekend for our new AC installation...... I'm still waiting for it on Monday the 14th! Pretty disgusted over my wife and I enduring our hot a humid living conditions for the past 3 weeks, I decided to watch some You Tube videos and attempt to possibly address this problem myself! Before I ordered a new AC unit online, I decided to get on the roof and assess what I was getting myself into before ordering the new AC unit. I removed the air-conditioner shroud and discovered a large amount of debris, "Squirrels Nest" in the unit. After removal of the debris and vacuuming out the unit, I turned on the circuit breaker and fired up the air-conditioner with perfect results! A huge victory for a self rescue! Tonight we're watching Monday night Football in air-conditioned comfort! No thanks to Angel Air! I understand that folks get busy, but I feel this experience was unsatisfactory! These techs could have addressed and fixed the problem immediately on October 28th! And sadly, not making contact with me after their assessment for 2 weeks is an unprofessional failure.....

We love Angel Air. Ray and crew are always there to help when needed. They have fair prices and know their stuff. They have replaced mine, my daughter and sons AC.

AngelAir installed a HALO air purification system for us. The installation went smoothly and was completed in about 1-1/2 hours. We plan on using them for any future a/c needs.

We have been using and referring Angel Air for years. Great Company to work with they have installed and serviced both my home and business Air and Heat.

Absolutely horrendous interaction with this company one of their Vans cut me off in traffic then the driver of that van continues to curse at me because it's the owner's son. Try to call and talk with owner professionally but then he ends up cursing at me too defending his son I would highly recommend not using this company. Most unprofessional company I have ever experienced in my life.

We called on a Tuesday night and they arrived Wednesday morning. Very helpful and professional. We recommend them!

I trust this company 100%. They are my go-to for everything HVAC related. They even helped me out with a little commercial refrigeration job. I couldn't be happier.
