I purchased a 5 Ton Ruud unit from AC Outlet through their online store and I am happy to say that it was a great experience. Even though the delivery window was affected by Hurricane Ian, my order was still delivered on the 10th day as promised by AC Outlet. If the supplier is open and transparent as it relates to delivery dates as well as delays, I have absolutely no issue waiting. AC Outlet had great communication and at no point did I feel disappointed or mislead. Furthermore, their delivery person was courteous, professional and on time. A+ experience and I would definitely purchase from AC Outlet again.

Wanted to install myself, shopped around misc. direct to customer sites and came across The AC Outlet. Was a little skeptical, but read reviews and called around to other vendors. Compared to other vendors on service and price, Noreen was great to work with, she quelled my concerns I had about some of the negative reviews I had read about delivery, etc. Equipment was received as promised, very quick and easy to work with, not to mention best price compared to the other vendors I found. Would highly recommend them and would do business with them again for sure. Thanks AC Outlet!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Be aware this people don’t care about costumers, they just wan to steal your money and provide horrible service this business should be shut down . THEY DONT DELIVER ON TIME AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY DONT CARE AND HANG UP ON YOU.

I called and made sure they had the mini split in stock got a quick email back saying it was. It was shipped to my house in about 2 weeks. We saved $1000 ordering it from the ac outlet! just got everything installed today and works great! MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU SIGN I had a hole in one of my boxes lucky the part wasn’t damaged

This company does not care about timeliness at all. I will no longer be doing business with them. It should not take almost a week to ship after I've already paid for the system. Their product seems to come once it does come intact. However the simple process of processing and letting a customer know they have failed miserably on.

AC Outlet was AWESOME!!!!!! Very helpful, great price, fast delivery of my new Ruud 4 ton split AC unit. Highly recommend. Even their delivery guy was super nice. Thank you all for your help!

The company will take your money only to inform you hours later that they do not have what you ordered in stock. the items I ordered are still listed as in stock the their website over a week later. however they just informed me that they are no longer able to acquire those items.I was forced to buy a more expensive unit and when it arrived they shipped me the wrong items. After returning the incorrect items they have not provided me any information on when I can expect the correct ones. they are refusing to talk to me over the phone because only sales are handled over the phone you have to use email for claims. they never provided me with a proper receipt so I can only guess at how much money to dispute on my credit card. horrible experience!

If it is truly the case that you do not decline to support claims over the phone I suggest you educate your staff better on that policy. Further I was not even able to get them to tell me what I paid for the units as the recipe you provided did not even list the correct parts.

I had to just assume how much money to dispute on my credit card. You might want to reach out to me if you want that resolved.

Further more your staff claimed that they verified all of my order was in your warehouse before I even oked the order.

You seem to have the idea that this has not been an on going issue. I have reach out to your claims department several times.

Best pricing I could find on a Goodman split 5ton. Shipped quickly. FedEx lost part of shipment. AC Outlet was diligent in communicating to FedEx and the missing condenser was quickly found and delivered.
Overall great service and great pricing.
Even the installers that put in system were surprised when I told them the cost of the system.
Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not care about you or your situation. Bought a furnace 5 yrs ago. Needs warranty support. They now no longer sell my product and have shuffled me off to the manufacturer. It's 39 degrees here and they have stopped responding to my notes. SD, thanks for giving zero cares!! Spend the extra cash and buy from someone who'll be there when you need them. This is awful customer service and AC Oulet and their warranty team should be held accountable for the negligence.

Update: I received my warranty part roughly 45 days after starting the "Warranty" process. Thanks.

False statements and non-performance.
I received a damaged gas furnace (amongst 3 items ordered), contacted co. and they requested photos of damage, then instructed me to repackage, send photos of the new packaging, and a shipping label would be e-mailed. 3 e mails, two calls and 7 days later and I am being ignored. Lost time, money and an angry tenant.
