Robert is Extremely knowledgeable and prompt. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, and explained our options for repair. He even followed up with us after the repair to make sure we were satisfied and the unit was functioning properly. Just good ole "Honest Work" at a more than "Fair Price". The experience I had with the company is second to none. Robert was responsive, he came in a timely manner, he did not take advantage of me as a woman who knows nothing about an air conditioner. After a long disaster with another AC company and being without AC for 3 days. I found Robert and he came and fixed my AC no questions asked he was honest and gave a reasonable price if you need someone to repair your AC call cal-air you want be disappointed.

I've used Robert exclusively for years to support the AC systems for my rental properties and for my own home. He is always incredibly prompt in his responsiveness which is both valuable for me and for my tenants - especially when it's August in Miami! My father has been using cal for years and unfortunately when a circuit board in my unit when bad last year I had called a different company , that board two nights ago lit on fire and caused smoke to flood my house and for the unit to stop functioning , this time I made the right decision and called cal on my fathers recommendation and wow Friday night with the heat game on and he still came and within the hour had my unit working this time without a board which is a huge relief after thinking my air unit would be a fire hazard , cal gives great service and is very personable I would highly recommend!

I first met Robert and Cal-Air about 7 years ago when I experienced AC problems in the middle of Summer. My problem happened in the middle of the night, and Robert and his team came within the hour and addressed the problem. Fast forward to today, I had to put out a call this time on New Year's Day.
