Nick and Dylan were the best!! Not only were they very professional they also helped me with the app for the new thermostat and set up schedules for me. Cleaned everything up even better than when they left it outside and in my utility room!
Matt the salesman was also extremely nice and professional and put booties on even before everything my house which I respected a great deal!!

Completely satisfied with Buehler Air. They sent out a crew to replace one of my HVAC units. Identified and fixed issues with the other unit. All were friendly, professional and courteous. Perfect experience! Exactly what I was looking for when I called them. Responsive and courteous scheduling and appointment delivery. Extraordinarily helpful and personable technician who was more than willing to provide advice for long-term service approach with the company and for proper maintenance techniques as a homeowner. Gave his full attention to ALL my concerns. This was a referral from a colleague who apparently shares my opinion on their exemplary approach. Biz cards with the technician's name on them, clean truck, shoe covers, follow-up, clear and detailed invoices and checklists, etc. Blake, as long as you remain available, I would be delighted for you to do all of our service calls, both at home and at our rental unit (although he says that there are lots of good folks out in the field--he's kind too!). I recently had the AC go out in a rental property and the tenants let me know at 11:00 AM. Buehler was able to make it out by 3:00 PM to assess the problem. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced. Matt was able to work the schedule to get a new unit installed the next day (Saturday, Holiday weekend) by 5:00 PM! Matt, Shane, Eric and Travis were all very professional and did a great job. I have always had a good experience with Buehler. Thank you!

I called Buehler at 7:30 am this morning, it is now 12:30 pm SAME DAY and my AC is already fixed! They set me up over the phone and said someone could come out between 12-2. The scheduling assistant was very nice. She confirmed information with me and asked if it was okay if the technician arrived early and I said yes. I got a call from Kyle at 10:45 am saying he was 15 minutes away! I was ecstatic! Kyle was an absolutely great technician, extremely polite and was very transparent with me about the costs of the services. He wore shoe protectors in the house and kept me updated as he was doing maintenance on our unit. He gave me my options throughout his visit here and I was VERY happy with where we landed in price. Overall 10/10 experience from start to finish, he even cleaned off my hurricane pad that my condenser sits on out back! Would highly recommend Buehler to any and all!

Matt and team from Buehler is unmatched. Gave me a quote on Thursday new system installed Friday. This team went way above my expectations. Buehler always goes above and beyond when making a service call! My experience has been that after addressing the immediate service call, they check and clean up other areas of potential concern! I've had other service contacts with various companies but Buehler has been the most complete service. Best customer service experience ever!
