I have a yearly contract with this company, but have slacked and having my maintenance completed. Even though I have not been a good customer, they sent someone out the same day when my air stopped working properly. They fixed it immediately, and it said it was part of maintenance and it was covered. I will never use another company.

I first called Mechanical AC when my air went out after a storm... rather than taking my money for a service call I didn't need, they had me make sure the unit was properly reset and Alas... I no longer needed them to come out.

Over a year later, I decided it was time to replace my 13 year old AC. I took quotes from 6 different companies, and Mechanical AC easily offered the best value. Steven did not try to up sell me on anything, used my existing Thermidistat (I asked about upgrading to a Nest but learned Nests do not have humidity control, so my existing was already better). Marvin came out last week and did a fantastic job installing both the indoor and outdoor unit. The process was quick, communication was excellent, and I've very pleased with the new unit.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They could care less about you and your AC problems. Brittney just wants to go home. She told me so. There are also people with far problems than 2 AC units not working (LOL) but those two units control our entire upstairs where my children sleep who are now not sleeping because the temperature gets above 80 degrees and she says “just submit another ticket with GL and we will come back out then” and “ no we can’t provide tracking or updates on parts because we just wait for the deliveries to come in” it’s been well over a week with no AC!! 😤 oh and she hung up on me. Real winners here.

The only saving grace is the technician who came out to my house was good. I will say good things about him. But zero stars for customer service. And this is not the first time we had this experience.

I have used them for over 15 years and have mostly been very satisfied. Sometimes an inexperienced technician doesn’t quite meet up to their standards and mine. That said, Ahmed Ali is the absolute best at what he does and always exceeds my expectations. Ask for him, you won’t be disappointed.

The customer service person was extremely nasty and rude. I called several times and asked to have a manager or owner return my call. I also sent an email to the owner. I never heard from anyone.

I recently had to replace my A/C system after 13 years. I contacted Mechanical Air Conditioning through their manager Jason Wood. I have known Jason quite awhile from when he was with another company. Jason came out to the house and gave me a quote for a full replacement giving me several options. I also needed a new air handler stand/intake because the one that was there was falling apart. I chose a new Daikin Fit unit because of its ability to run at various speeds.

Within three days of signing the finance paperwork Jason had the unit and an installation crew at my house. The installation went smoothly and the techs were friendly and very neat and clean. This unit works so much better than the old one and cools more consistently with the variable speed function and reduces the humidity. One additional benefit is how quiet both the outside and inside equipment is, almost silent.

Bottom line I can highly recommend Mechanical A/C for any of your air conditioning needs.

Have been using Mechanical A/C for 13 years. Found that as a company they have been very good.
However, their most recent service call just blew me away. They have obviously installed new software and procedures that, in my opinion, have elevated them to the top of the list in customer service.
My A/C failed about 10:30 last night. I called their phone number knowing that I would be able to leave a message for them when they came to work this morning. To my surprise I got an immediate text response with an appointment for the next morning.
At approximately 7:30 this morning I got another text to tell me that a technician is enroute to my house. By 9:30 Kyle, the tech, had the unit up and running.
I have always found that their technicians are well trained. And they like working for their company.

My AC stopped working about 6 pm and the temperature in the house quickly climbed into the upper 80's, very uncomfortable. I called and they dispatched a great technician named Kyle. He arrived promptly and as he got here his truck broke down in the driveway. He contacted his office, and then proceeded to diagnose and fix my AC problem, even though he had truck issues to deal with. I am very impressed with his dedication and determination, to take care of my issues. I have done business with this company for many years and they always come through for me. The staff are knowledgeable and polite and very hard working.

Had an issue with my current unit and they promptly sent a tech after hours. He was able to get it cooling but it was clear that I needed a new unit (my old one was going on 13 years). Two days later I had 2 techs at my house installing a new a/c complete with an air purification system. Techs were courteous and answered every question I had. Furthermore, they both wore masks and gloves (and shoe covers when they came in my house). Couldn't be more impressed with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend.
