Had the pleasure of having service performed by Wesley. Not only did he fix everything with my AC, he went above and beyond what other AC companies didn’t do before. Also he spent a lot of time explaining what was wrong and how he fixed it and even took pictures of the before and after. I’ve used lots of companies but I’m really happy I switched.

Wesley makes this business go from good to spectacular.

Wesley Jacobson came to service the AC system. He was super friendly and helpful and made sure the lines were all clear, the units mechanically and electrically were functioning as expected. He checked the external unit to ensure the same and to ensure that there were no blockages from the leaves from the overhanging trees. He found a blockage of algae in the water line that was starting to form so thankfully the service was perfectly time. He cleared that out proactively. He installed the new filter I had on hand. So all good! Will call them again next year when it's time to service!

I spoke with EDS Air at 10:45 am and told them we needed a new central air system. Donald Connelly met me at our location at around 11:40 to give us an estimate for a new system. The price was correct! Ian and Brian showed up at around 2:00 pm AND knocked the entire project out in JUST OVER 3.5 HOURS. They were gone by 5:30 pm. Excellent work. The new A/C system blows air at 53' F from the ducts. Thank You EDS !

Don was amazing, he came out and was very honest and let me know selling me a unit is likely not the answer here. A good ol maintenance call will make it happen. Thank you so much for coming out!

I was very happy with the service I received from the technician, Nick. He sent me a text that he was on his way with a company I'd photo and a short bio, so when I opened the door I knew who he was. He was polite and thorough. He showed me every step of the way and laid our different plans for me to chose from. I opted to not only have the repair done but to have a service contract with EDS.

Excellent company. From the second I called to inquire throughout the install, these guys were on point. The people are awesome and professional and very good at what they do. I am more than pleased with EDS and highly recommend them.

Was looking for an AC company that was easy to make an appointment and dependable. E.D.S. exceeded all others! Website was easy to make an appointment over the weekend and received a quick confirmation for a Monday appointment. Austin was great! Called ahead and showed up at the beginning of the time estimate. Repaired the fan bearings on my Trane unit, installed LED Halo and UV and had all but one part on truck. One of the other techs brought the part he needed immediately. Impressed with the E.D.S. Team. Signed up for the yearly maintenance/discount program. Great initial experience!!!

Aron and Bryan arrived on time and with a smile to start installing my new a/c. They worked diligently and did a great job. They worked good together. Aron was helpful in showing me how everything ran and the clean up was perfect. Hats off to these two great workers from EDS.

I have been an EDS customer for 20years and they always deliver excellent service. On our last ac maintenance check Westly was our technician and he did a very thorough job and was professional and courteous and arrived on time. Westly is an asset to the company. Air conditioning on my HVAC system died on a Friday night. Called EDS (who also installed my current system). They notified the on-call technician who called me back within 30 minutes. Less than 1 hour later the technician was there and had me back up and running within an hour. Fortunately, it was a clogged drain line so no waiting the weekend for parts. Nonetheless, I thought it was great service and response.
