I provided the exact measurements (given by the AC company that installed new AC) of the filter I needed, they did not believe me when I told them the measurements and proceeded to make the incorrect size. I took it back and told them it did not fit and asked for a refund (because they treated me like I was a young dumb female to begin with) they gave me another filter telling me this will work because it’s “standard for side wall return vents” instead of a refund, and it still DOES NOT fit. Photos for evidence. I’m done wasting my time with old white dudes that can’t admit when they’re wrong.

They are fast for cutting filters to size, but good luck getting there when they're open. 3 times we went because it said they were open until 16:30, but they were closed when we arrived around 16:20. We called and finally got someone that told us they close at 16:00, so we told them we'd be up there right before 16:00.

Went up there just now and arrived at 15:47, and not a soul was there. We're done with this place. We've wasted more gas trying to get the filter than the actual cost of filters.

This is a very simple place. Air filters for any size and any situation. No frills. Friendly folks who get you exactly what you want in an air filter at a price you can not beat. Buy in bulk and save.

I use them to order custom cut filters for my a/c unit to fit in filter pre made frames. Cheaper and good for hard to find vent sizes.
