David was on time, friendly, very polite and professional. He let me know the issue and made sure all my questions were answered. Melissa, who scheduled my appointment, was also very polite, courteous, and professional. The young man who took my call after hours and the technician who called both were pleasant, friendly, and professional (I'm sorry I can't remember their names). They all worked to provide true service!! We're always pleased with Ward's.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are responsive, hinest, friendly and knowledgeable. From the field techs to the service representative, Melissa to the salesman, Barry.... All are great representation of the company!!!

The personnel at Ward’s are friendly and professional. Yesterday my AC drainage line became clogged shutting the system down. Cody has me operational again. He is always respectful, caring, and does a thorough job.

Will not use Wards Service again. Carl Mason (service manager) does not care about customer service or his customers. Wards came out to my home to figure out an issue that I was having. They replaced one part and 10 mins later it stopped working again. I then had to call them back out the same day and they tried to fix it, it worked for another 30 mins then it stopped working again. After having them come out twice I decided to use Springer Brothers (Much better company IMO) and the new tech was able to spot the issue within 5 mins. If you are looking for repairs to your AC & or Heat or even need a new AC & heating system. Save your time and money go with SPRINGER BROTHERS not Wards AC and definitely not Carl Mason!
