I decided to call Well Done Heating & Air Conditioning because I couldn't handle it anymore and they sent out their technician and he walked me through everything he did or was going to do. It ended up just needing a tune up, a good cleaning and some refrigerant and now it is working as good as new!

Called thinking it was a local company I would be talking to. The phone number in the google profile connects you with Premium Home Services. One of those "membership subscription" companies that offers everything under the sun from a hundred different businesses, which I never trust. So I called a different (actually local) HVAC company to come out.

Used this company for a few years now, and they have always been very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend them!
