This is my second unit that has been installed by Irena’s. Still within warranty and we have a service plan. Purchased 07/17/2021. Check up was just done in June. Unit is not blowing cool air in my 73 year old mothers house. I call after after hours and get a call center in Glendale, CA and the next available appointment is SUNDAY 07/02. Oh and it’s an $89 service fee. Also it’s not considered an EMERGENCY. Only water in the home and a gas leak is deemed a 24 hour emergency.
I pay for a service contract and have been a customer for 15+ years. Sunday ..7 days from now is absolutely ridiculous. I heard you have new owners. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?
Like so many others we are leaving and going to Lakeside and canceling our service contract. You are slowly losing every single customer who helped build you over the last 20 years. Oh and deleting reviews and comments and not taking care of your customers head on shows how you truly care about your business.
I used them a few years back to install a new system and they were great. Had them come out today to do a tune up and ask about some other things we want done. They sent Henry Sands and I must say he is top notch. I am in the service industry as well and I was very impressed by Henry. Personable, knowledgeable and so professional. You are lucky to have a technician as good as he is and it's techs like him that will keep me as a customer.
Had preventative maintenance done by Rich from Ierna, he cleaned things up and got my condensate drain unplugged. He checked everything over and the system is running in tip top shape. Now we are ready for the air conditioning season. I will use them again. Good job!
These people either need to hire or find a new business. Living in the state of Florida, it’s pretty unlikely you’ll ever be able to wait a week to get your AC fixed. Every time you need something, the soonest appointment is a week away. I made the mistake of having these people install my unit and now have to get someone else to service it every time. Don’t make the same mistake.
They customer service as far as being on time and the tech being courteous is great. As far as backing up their horrible workmanship and terrible product. That's a different experience that we will not have with this company again. We have 2 units in our home. Both units have are less than 5 years old and both have had the coils in the air handler replaced twice. The last replacement was just over a year ago. Kind of surprised it has lasted this long. But maybe they got it right this time. Anyway, they do not warranty the undependable product they sell you nor do they honor their workmanship. No way any new air conditioning unit should have to have the coils replaced that often. Last replacement cost me $1300 after having to argue with them about the cost. I will find another company for future services. I will give them credit with their politeness and good customer service.
Our AC was going out for a while and finally it ran its course after 19 years. My father-in-law is a retired HVAC guy and helped keep it going, but he finally said the system has to go.
We were referred by a friend and we gave them a call. The next day they came out and did an inspection just to be sure our AC couldn't be repaired. The next day they sent out someone to draw up the plans for replacing our AC and they were very upfront about everything including the cost and what would and would not need to be replaced. The next day the guys came out and put in 11 hours of hard work in the Florida heat and walked us through our system and how it would work even though they put in a long day. That is true dedication. They were not going to let us sit for another night without AC and did not want to leave and come back the next day but instead worked hard and got the job done.
We are so impressed with how quickly everything was done replacing our entire system from the time we called to win the job was completed. Every single part was worth the price. I have absolutely no complaints.
Stop calling around, just call Ierna. Be done with it and be confident.
BUYERS BE WARE! We bought a very high end 22 seer system just a year and a half ago. The coils are leaking and week after that we are getting a blower motor fault alert. We also have mold growing on the new duct work they installed. A 17K system is already costing us thousands to repair!
I used to rely on Ierna's. Now I find out they have changed ownership & their service leaves a lot to be desired. Mostly because I haven't even been able to get anyone out here to actually do any service. I tried to schedule an appointment online at the end of May. The day that THEIR SYSTEM showed available, I made my appointment. When the day came, no one showed up. I called & they claimed they had called me & left messages to let me know they weren't doing service the day THEIR SYSTEM allowed me to schedule for. So I asked to reschedule. I had to wait 30 more days for an available appointment. The morning of my appointment, I called at 9:30am, 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment window, to confirm I did in fact still have an appointment (so I wouldn't be waiting all day for no one to show like I did last month). I was assured that yes I did indeed have an appointment, my window was 10am-2pm & the tech would call me when they were on the way. So I waited. Again. Bet you can't guess what happened.....At 2:30, I called to see if someone would still be coming to service my ac unit. Once again, I was assured I was on the schedule, and this time they said they would connect me to my tech so I could see where I was on their route. I waited on hold 15 minutes for this "transfer" that never came. I hung up & called back a third time. This time I was told that no, I in fact did not have an appointment that day, because my appointment had been canceled to make room for emergencies two days before. Ummm I'm sorry, what did you just say to me????? Once again, I had ZERO calls and ZERO messages and why did it take 3 calls in 5 hours for someone to finally tell me???? And because they're not going to make as much money on my call, I keep getting canceled??? Wow. My business will be going to a company who cares. Thank you for wasting two months of my time. If i do have an emergency issue (since i haven't been able to getting my semi annual maintenence done in time) I will NOT be calling Ierna's. I will also NOT be recommending Ierna's to any of the 225+ real estate agents I work with that constantly ask for service referrals.
Roberto, our technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He knew what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. He did extra work to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. He also recommended some things I can do to prolong the life of my AC unit. Roberto was excellent. Thank you.
Have been a loyal customer since 2014. My air conditioning went out today so I called Ierna’s to send someone out today to service my air conditioner. The person took my name, my email and my phone, which was already in the system, and assured me somebody would get out to me today. After 90 minutes when I did not have a text message or an email, confirming that someone was coming out, I called back, I asked what my status was for a service call and the person confirmed that I was not even in the queue. On top of that he said no one would come out until a week from Sunday 8 days from now. At that point, I hung up the phone and immediately called Acree Air. Needless to say someone will be out in the next 90 minutes from Acree.
Ierna’s has just lost a long time loyal customer because they can’t staff on a weekend for repairs to air conditioners in Tampa in July.

Stay away from Ierna’s heating and cooling.
