Just called them to ask a question and see if they have a part for my a/c and the person that answered the phone didn't want to be bothered and was very rude. I would not recommend this place to any one if they don't have time to answer a question.

Love to get parts from here, Just wish they would stop selling to Homeowners.

Lowe's referred me here to purchase AC tablets. On my initial visit, I was pleased because they mentioned to call maintenance as I lived in a condo and drain should be cleared out. I appreciated the advice. After the AC guy came, he told me I didn't need the tablets so I returned them without opening. They took a 10% discount for unopened return. I didn't see any sign posted about returns. Although it wasn't a huge amount, it was the principal of being short changed.

He did his due diligence to make sure I had the exact part and not just what I thought I needed. Awesome to have someone that will sell direct to consumer and carries a large stock of hard to find parts.

VERY Friendly and Helpful owner! A true blast from the past, where they care about helping you out and aren't trying to rip you off.

When my A/C went down, they helped me to get all the Caps. and the Contactor that I needed to get back up and running with NO hassle! $45 in parts and half a day of my time (mostly my fault) was all it took.

If you have the skills to tackle this repair, this is the place to shop!
