This company is extremely professional and friendly. They were able to get the job done quickly, which was great since my heating unit had broken down in the middle of winter. It was also nice that they provided a quote before starting any work, which made it easy for me to budget for the project. My only complaint would be that I wish there had been more communication between myself and their employees. I think it would have helped if I had been told exactly how long each step would take, so that I knew when to expect calls from them, or if they needed anything else from me at all.

Since then, we've gotten them to provide annual inspections (including replacing the humidifier filter) and recently, when we noticed a small amount of water pooling at the base of our furnace, they sent a technician over right away to quickly address. Hi Top's Heating & Air Conditioning prides itself on customer service and they don't disappoint.
