Masters Air and Heat

Wayne is an absolute professional. Our A/C has been lackluster for a few months now, and I called Masters based on a glowing recommendation.

When Wayne came over, he didn't pressure me to replace my system. He was honest about what was wrong, and offered a few solutions to keep my system running if I didn't want to replace it. He walked me through the science of why my A/C was having issues, so his solutions made sense to me.

He offered a very reasonable price for my install, and was able to come in just a few days after I called to let him know I was moving ahead with a new install. He and his son came in the morning ready to go, and finished the job in just a few hours. I stayed outside with them the entire time, and they were more than happy to share their knowledge, which many experts do not. They took precautions that took extra time (one example is removing valves before brasing to ensure no heat damage) which many of their peers might rush through to move on to the next job. They thoroughly cleaned the work area when they were finished, and I think my garage is cleaner now than when they showed up.

TLDR: I'm extremely happy with the price, equipment, and customer service. These guys are pros, and I genuinely would not go anywhere else!

This is the best team I have ever had come out to my house. They are always extremely professional, knowledgeable, on time, helpful and don’t try to get as much money out of me as possible. I will not use another company again after experiencing their service. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wayne is an absolute legend. He and everyone else at Masters were friendly, professional, accommodating, and honest. I had my old system diagnosed by a different HVAC repair service in the area, and it's clear that Masters is far more knowledgeable. They were very patient in explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. They even came by twice to make sure I had cold air while waiting for my new system to arrive. 10/10 experience, I can't recommend them enough

Would recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs or maintenance to their ac/heating units. Colten and Wayne gave me a detailed description of what they found, how they were going to repair it and the estimated cost of the repair. They also gave me a brief explanation of how the system worked and why the unit was not working the way I thought it should. Big thank you to both of them.

My AC stopped working in the hot afternoon and I called Wayne at Masters. He said he could be here in 25 minutes and he was here when he said he would be. He evaluated the problem and had it working again in 20 minutes. He is a professional in this industry and when you talk to him you know you are talking to a master AC person. His company name says it all and my wife and I were very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend his company. Great job Wayne.
