Great service from start to finish! We had our A/C system replaced with new. Every person we spoke with on the phone or met on site was very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. From setting expectations, fast response, to texting they were on their way and on time arrival, the communication was the best. Excellent, meticulous work! The project manager, Jimmy Ross came by twice during the install to make sure we were getting what we expected. The installation crew: Jean, Bo, Connor and Colby were top notch! Coordination from the office (Robyn) was excellent. This company knows great customer service!

My husband and I purchased our new AC from Climate Experts and had the ducts cleaned immediately after the install. Vinny and Christian did an excellent job! They were very respectful and took care in each room of the house as they removed the vent and cleaned out years of dust. We are very satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them in the future.

Connor provided his time and took great care to provide me with an in-depth evaluation of my current defunct A/C system, answered all my questions and presented a detailed description of a new system including the pricing and items for me to consider including. What a very kind, courteous and professional young man. Wow! Connor gave me a heads up of what I could expect from the installation team. What a pleasure - Christian, Joe and Mike were all so respectful, courteous and quietly got on with the job at hand. Their knowledge, expertise and attention to detail was impressive. I’m originally from England - lived in Florida for 40+ years and have seen the full gamut of experiences with various A/C companies from the Keys thru Jacksonville and now in Vero Beach. The difference in the service and workmanship with Climate Experts is a FIRST! Climate Experts responded quickly when our AC was hit by lightning. The project manager, Jimmy Ross, that came to the house was very professional and stood out above and beyond numerous other company reps that came out. The quotes he provided were very clear and concise and was quick to respond to the questions I had over the weekend - I didn’t expect answers until Monday but he responded quickly. Since this involved my insurance company, I was unable to hire Climate Experts but pricing was very close and quality of HVAC equipment and follow-on customer care was top notch.

There are not enough words to describe the positive experience I have had with this company. I called for service on an old twelve year old system. The service technician Jon responded the same day and was very thorough in his diagnostics. Decided the system had reached it's life span. Climate Experts sent an AC system engineer out and gave us several options, and assisted us in deciding on the best system for our needs. The three installation technicians were there within two days. They were polite,knowledgeable and explained how a different location for the outdoor unit would be needed. This was due to the much larger physical size of the unit. They cleared the area needed or the new unit & tackled the job with professionalism and with the extra care required due to the limited area they had to work with. Not only did they do an awesome job, they completed the job thoroughly and safely. At the time of completion they took the time to answer questions and instructed us on the operation of the new smart thermostat.
I am very satisfied with Climate Experts in all aspects and I'll recommend this company to anyone who asks for a quality and reliable company you can trust.

We had a very positive experience with this crew. We needed a total install and they were ready the next day. It was a big job and they stuck around all day until it was done. Very good communication with all the guys. Vinny, John and Joe made a great team. Thanks guys! We are sleeping cool again!

We bought a new (to us) condo. The inspection report just said to have the system cleaned. So we signed up for the annual maintenance plan (2 visits a year plus other goodness). Jon took the time to point out the good along with the not so good. He gave multiple options for repairs as well as setting up an estimate on a new system. He was knowledgeable and took our budget into consideration. Nice, personable, on-time, and thorough. 5 stars

Charged 560$ per hour to install a 30$ part. Should of done the work myself I know but was too busy that day and a.c wasn't cooling. Got wife's grandmother and great aunt living with us so I couldn't wait until the next day to do it myself.

Edit to respond - I did call to cancel my "mvp" membership and when asked why i wanted to cancel I explained how your company took advantage. Your receptionist offered no apology or interest in anything besides letting me know my membership will be canceled.

Bo and his team did an amazing job replacing the old unit in my home for a new one. I am extremely happy and Satisfied. Profesional, courteous and quick. Gave me great feedback on the new system and maintaining tips. Thank you to them, and Amanda for a great service as I expected from the beginning.
