Great customer service, I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone to schedule the appointment, the technician showed up in time and prepared to solve exactly the issue I had described on the phone. The technician did his job quickly and neatly. I was charged a similar price to what I had discussed over the phone. I'm very satisfied.

I had an old A/C that kept breaking down, so unfortunately, the time came when I knew it was time to get a new one. Its really hard to find trustworthy and honest people in Miami, so I was really happy when I was referred to Chanin. Even though changing an A/C is not the most enjoyable thing to do, I have to say I am quite happy. They made my home feel like a home. I have never felt my air as perfect as I do now. As crazy as it sounds I feel like I can breathe easier. Chanin is honest, quality and professional. They are easy to work with and really care about your satisfaction. I also signed up for the maintenance program so now I know i’m always taken care of. Thank you Chanin for everything you’ve done at my home, you guys are top notch!

Chanin Mechanical provided excellent service! They were timely and professional. He took the time to help load the app for the thermostat to control it remotely. This is a quality organization doing quality work. We needed new AC units for an ongoing remodel of an old house having been swindled by a bad contractor. Chanin came out, evaluated the situation, considered my objective (humidity control), made an excellent recommendation given the size of the house and our existing venting and hustled to get everything installed and up and running within in a very short time frame. They have also installed a very tasteful thermostat and guided me through the programing of it. In addition to doing beautiful work attaching and then covering the lines on the outside of the house, they followed up after the install to make sure everything is working and I am happy with the job. Chanin Mechanical is a well established, Miami Beach, family owned, honest business and everything from our initial contact onwards has been professional and reliable. I can't say enough good things about this company or my experience with them.
