Brandon, the service manager was very helpful and so were the ladies that answered the phone. Jonathan, the tech who serviced our mini-split was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. We are pleased with the job he did. He was also very kind to answer all of our questions. Freon is expensive... :( but they were fair.
Matt Taylor was my sales guy and he was very personable, and I felt confident he wasn't trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. He was in constant contact with me during the ordering, and scheduling process. The guys who did the install were courteous and helpful. Richard showed me how to program the new thermostat. They answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the Air Max team.

The builder used Cool Connections to install the AC and they could never fix the issue with their installation. Called AirMax and they diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it repaired quickly and at a fair price. I also used them twice to replace units on my commercial property and it's been great. Smooth process and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Was quoted one price for refrigerant other phone. Even confirmed price with Mrs Holley that it was r22 refrigerant. Was told 70 dollars a pound. When tech finished he charge my wife 175.00 a pound. Very dishonest business practice. Called back & was told we have to make our money somehow.

He even called his office to see if our A/C was under warranty, and it was!! What outstanding customer service. Thank you, Ribs! What a job well done. Also, all the staff I spoke to in the office were so helpful and courteous. We will definitely be recommending Air Max to EVERYONE!!

They were able to come out the next day after I called (Holly and Chelsea in the office were very helpful). The first technician (Ribs) was very knowledgeable as he walked through troubleshooting to figure out what exactly the problem was, and he was also very patient with my very curious cats. When the part came in, the next technician (Sean) was also very capable on the install. Both were willing to explain what they were doing as they went along so the problems and repair wouldn't just be a mystery I'd have to pay for at the end.
