My central air started blowing lukewarm air and the temperature in my home was rising quickly. Duncan's came over shortly after my call and the tech was incredibly fast in diagnosing what was wrong with it. Quick fix and our home is now comfortable once again! I can not say enough GOOD things about this company. They were referred to us by another A+ industry professional. Duncan's AC truly came through for us in a serious time of need when a previous AC company had done us wrong on a "repair." They went above and beyond and sent a tech out to us to at the end of their day to repair an issue the previous AC company left us with. They quoted us for the replacement that day, got us up and running for the interim, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Supply chain issues held up the start of the install but they kept us in the know regularly. Installation was professional and quick and they have never once batted an eye helping us through the process. They installed two new systems at our home and you truly get what you pay for with them. They've got our business and referrals for life.

This experience was one of the best I have had in this area. I usually use a certain Company but was unable to reach them. Zack our tech was honest, quick, and very knowledgable as well as patient. He was able to solve an intermittent issue that was going on. An issue that a lot of companies would have just thrown parts at to resolve all the while charging for each wrong diagnosis. He was quick to come out after hours to resolve a hot and miserable issue. He also wouldnt even accept a tip. Guy was first class and now our unit is now running at optimal efficiency. Called, a service tech arrived, looking for things to charge us money over. The issue was an unplugged cord and a huge bill later, the ac was running again. Things replaced that weren't the issue. DISLIKE shady people.

Service Technician just left here and I wanted to praise him for his super service. He was very detailed in his work and handled himself in a very professional manner. I know he is new to the job and wanted the owners to know that he did an excellent job in representing the fine company of Duncan's.
