Hands down the best AC company! They go above and beyond for their customers. It was storming all day yesterday and due to unforeseen circumstances, they were down a person. Did they cancel or push me to another day? NOPE! They were here until almost 10PM to get the job got finished, in the pouring rain to ensure my family would have AC and be comfortable. From the consult, to the scheduling, and then the installation, service was impeccable. An added bonus, they are family owned and operated! If you need any AC services, look no further because Air Hawk should be the only choice!

Air Hawk promptly sent Tim to assess the AC needs and current situation (dead AC). He reviewed three options in detail and explained how to finance if needed. Tim touched base afterwards to see if I had questions. I proceeded with Option 1 and installation was scheduled for 5 days later…then an opening in their schedule allowed them to install within 2 days. Justin and Jeremy installed the new unit promptly and efficiently. They went over the thermostat ( connect to iPhone), the air handler and condenser. They also advised on monthly maintenance.

We started using Air Hawk a few years back after the company we used became untrustworthy. Air Hawk is always on time, trustworthy technicians and are upfront with needed repairs and options. Sunday evening we notice our ac wasn't cooling the way it should with air coming out of the vents at 67 degrees. I was able to make an appointment online for the next morning. Robert arrived promptly and quickly determined we had a coil leak. After discussion of our options we decided to replace the entire unit. We were amazed and very pleased that the crew was able to complete the install the very next day. They were efficient, clean and very professional. Thank you!!!!

The company has installed both AC units in our house and they did a fantastic job, efficiently and in a timely manner. This time, my one AC broke down and so they came the very next day to inspect it. Since it was a very old unit, it needed a replacement. They gave us a few estimates, we decided on the one we wanted and they installed it the same day! Also, they were in constant communication with us during the installation and inspection and they always arrived promptly on all appointments.

Awesome service! We waited 5 years to have our AC unit cleaned/serviced. I called and got an appointment for later the same day. Jorge arrived on time and did a thorough job. We had Air Hawk come out and replace our AC unit and blower. The process was easy and painless, from the initial consult to final inspection. The installation crew was friendly and professional completing the install in an afternoon. In less than a week from the initial phone call, we had a 2 stage Carrier unit installed and you can immediately feel the difference - humidity is lower in the house and the unit is far more efficient and runs less. Because our AC unit is next to the back porch, our main concern was noise and the unit they recommended does not disappoint. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

My original experience when we started using Air Hawk was fantastic, but the past year has been a steady downhill trend. Both of our AC units went out within about a month of each other in Q2 2022. Due to turnover of technicians, we had about 4 separate Air Hawk techs out, and throughout 2022 there was some back and forth on the cause of the problems with the units. At one point we paid for a replacement component to be installed only to find out that they ordered the wrong component. After several months of waiting during the summer, they then had to order a different part which we just got installed in Q1 2023 (about 2 weeks ago). We ended up having to pay for both parts... under duress I might add; I was not thrilled about paying to have the wrong part installed but I was so desperate to have a working AC unit again before spending another summer in Tampa with no working AC units that I just paid the invoice.

In the past 6 weeks, after about 8 months with no working AC, they finally got both units repaired and operational which was great... until today. Their tech came out today to perform maintenance on a newly repaired exterior unit which was fixed less than a month ago and managed to puncture the compressor coils. We are now out of commission again for who knows how long.

I can understand delays in getting parts due to global supply chain issues but there have also been random issues like a tech leaving the breaker off of the condenser after wrapping up and leaving, a technician making a diagnosis and then leaving and a new tech coming out and making a different diagnosis, etc. The quality and consistency we initially experienced with Air Hawk has definitely gone downhill over the past year or so.

UPDATE: They came back out same day and patched the hole in the coil while we wait for the replacement coils that were broken this morning. The response is very much appreciated.
