They are the best in town I’m glad we call them. They were installed our AC 5 ton package the same day. You can’t go wrong with them. Thank you guys for a fast,professional and great job.

Dave is absolutely the most honest person you will meet when it comes to contractors. Trust me, I used to be one! Not in the same trade but I know how it works (he came and gave the estimate not a salesman). I had three estimates and he came in at a good price. They installed a brand new system. He replaced everything unlike the other two who wanted to reuse 40 year old copper lines. Listen people... his crew moved my air handler from the attic to inside the garage in one day! This was on a Friday and were here till 7 p.m. and didn't complain not one time!!! Who wants to work late in a Friday? If you want a company that will comunicate with you throughout the whole process I absolutely recommend Mistic Air. Dave gave me his personal cell number and told me to call him any time no matter what! Try that with any other company.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Mistic Air and Heat. My air went out during the storm Wednesday and Mistic Air worked from 9 am until 4 pm making sure our new system was installed and everything was working properly. Gabriel and Joey were absolutely incredible. Very polite, understanding and pleasant to have in my home. They even cleaned up and left my home in great shape! Thank you to Misty in the office for making things happen and answering all my questions. Thank you Mistic Air. I highly recommend them to anyone needing air replaced or service . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Christian came out and was very polite, calm, informative, helpful, and quick. Got my A/C working again in 3 minutes! Had a capacitor failure. Paid a fair price for the part and knowing what was wrong. He even came in afterwards with a digital thermometer to check that the air temperature was good .

I asked about duct cleaning, and he was honest and open, saying that I'd be better off just replacing the duct boards myself since he and I got chatting and he knew I was a DIY guy and that the ducts I have would not be suitable for typical cleaning tools.

That man loves his job, and I now love Mistic Air & Heat!

Don't Use!!! Rip Off! Installed a $600.00 Condenser Motor. It broke 18 months later they said it would cost another $600.00 because they don't stand by their work or products. Be prepared to replace what they install.

Mistic Air installed my new AC and did an amazing job!! They had a lot more work involved than originally anticipated but still kept to the original quote. We had a minor issue a few days later and they came out immediately to fix it. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
