DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
We called this Orlando FL company early in February when one of our mini-split units showed an Error message and stopped working. Their technician came out and looked at everything but ended up just recharging the unit. We were charged nearly seven hundred dollars. Six weeks later, mid-March, we had another error message and another tech came out and detected a leak but couldn't locate it. Again he recharged the refrigerant and because it was past their ONE MONTH warranty (that we were not told about), they charged us over four hundred dollars. We were told that they would send a tech and the Service Manager to find the leak and fix it. They were told to call first so we could be sure to be home. Well, about a week later, without calling ahead, they showed up at our door right when my husband was leaving for an appointment. So he told them they needed to come back another day, and to call ahead. After five weeks of patiently calling them, week after week, the ac failed again. Basically, their delay allowed the refrigerant to leak out again. They came out to recharge it, the tech found the leak and was going to fix it but was also going to charge us yet again for the refrigerant. They refused to recharge the system without us paying for it, even though their foot dragging led to the need for the recharge. Although the technician did a good job, the company's business practices leave much to be desired. We paid them nearly $1200 and still have a broken system.

I called this company at 7pm on a Friday. The trip charge was $79.99, which I was completely ok with. They sent a guy out who inspected my unit and told me that the coils where frozen over and he needed to inspect my unit for a leak. I advised him I had an 8pm dinner and could not do a leak detection. He asked me if I wanted freon in the unit. I said it if it was low, to fill it up. He told me it was low 2lbs. By this time it was 7:45PM. Between 7:45pm he and 8pm when he left (15Min) he claimed to have filled my unit 2lbs and to my shock / billed me $426.30 . Of course the next day the AC is broke again. Im over this company because of how much they billed me. I called another company who came and said NOBODY has put any freon in the unit. That to even put freon in the unit it would take 30min+. I called 24 Hour back and said please keep the $79.99 trip charge but refund the rest - as you did not do the work. The owner cursed me out on the phone / hung up on me. I would never use this company! Again.

This is the best a/c I have ever came across in a while. My A/C went out on a Saturday night and I called 24 Hr. Air Service which states open “24 Hour” they picked up the phone at 12:00 AM in the morning and was able to help me because I could not sleep without this A/C I would have to booked into an hotel. In Florida when it is hot I do not think anyone can sleep without A/C in their home. Anyway cut a long story short they scheduled my service and gave me a service charge of $79 at that time of the morning which is awesome and in no time the service tech rang my door bell which I could not believe they would showed up so fast. The technician introduced himself and ask me what is the problem I am having with my air con. I told him and quickly he checked it and came back told me the problem I am having and he asked me to authorized the amount he told me so he could get me up and running pretty fast. To my surprise I heard my air con kicked in and started cooling. Even if it cost me a $1000 I would have to pay because I cannot function without it. The tech Mike is a great guy. After he finished he ask me to sign off his completion of the repairs and explained everything he has done. He also wore a bootie on my carpet which I think was pretty cool. Very knowledgeable guy. I really have to give him a tip for coming out so early in the morning. I would recommend this company. Keep up the good work 24 Hr Air. I saw other reviews about your company where people complaining but that did not stop me from calling but thanks goodness I experienced it for myself. My Air Con is cooling again. Great job very reasonable.

I was able to call and get 2 service techs at my house in less than an hour on a Friday and arguably one of the hottest days this summer. They had the diagnosis and repair done in less than an hour and upon comparing parts and labor prices for the capacitor replacement online they gave a very fair quote. Their service fee is a little higher than some at $75 but with the speed and effectiveness of their service I gladly paid a slight premium for that. I will definitely be calling these guys again if I have any problems with my AC.

My experience left something to be desired. Their diagnosis was to clean the AC coils.
Pros:
-They always answer the phone
-Very friendly over the phone and they call you to follow up
-The work that was performed was excellent and the coils looked amazingly cleaned afterwards
-They took a before and after picture to show the difference after the clean
-Trip fee lower than others even after hours and over the weekend
-The only company of the many we contacted that was able to service us on a Sunday
Cons:
-They showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes late to the appointment
-The first technician failed to mentioned it was a window time appointment from 4 to 5pm, not exactly at 4pm. Regardless, on the day of repairs, the second technician still showed up at 6:45pm. They would have been 2 hours and 45 minutes late if it wasn't for the secret time 4 to 5pm window. The tech spent 15 of those minutes outside my house by the street dealing with another technician in her company truck. For them to arrive to my house, I had to call them 3 or 4 times to ask them when was the technician going to arrive. I was told 30 to 40 minutes every time, but an hour would go by and I would have to call again.
-The first technician's attitude was very unenthusiastic, and not very well presented attire, with his pants falling down his ass; not very professional in my opinion.
-Both the second technician and the phone person had very difficult to understand accents in some instances, making communication difficult at times.
-After the work was done, they overcharged my credit card before I had even signed the receipt, then I had to explain and talk to them so that I would be charged the amount that was agreed on. They had to credit my credit card, then charge it with the correct amount.
-They refused to make it right when I asked for compensation since they wasted 1 hour and 45 minutes of my work day by being late.

Excellent company, I highly highly recommend them. We called 24 Hr Air Conditioning Service after coming home from the hospital on a Friday night, speaking to Angela. She took our adress and said she had a tech that was wrapping up another job and she would send him to us. I was so happy, I was so emotional because my mom had just gotten out of the hospital and we had no air in the house. Angela was so considerate and compassionate, I truly appreciated that. When the technician Cheman showed up, I was so happy; Cheman showed up at 9:30 pm at night and he was ready to work, he did a fabulous job. I cannot say enough about that man. He was so knowlegable, so professional, but friendly at the same time, it was just what I needed, so refreshing. Cheman had our Air Conditioner repaired and blowing by 10:00 pm; it needed a part and Cheman had that part on him. I cannot say how pleased and how pleasantly surprised I was at the same time. To have an air conditioning repair company actually take your call and for that same company to actually also have a technician in line for you and for that technician to actually show up to your house late on a Friday night, I still cannot believe it and I still am so appreciative. I just had to do this review; a positive review that I hope helps 24 Hr Air Conditioning Service Inc. (and Angela) who took our call, more business coming their way, and the tech Cheman, the recognition that they deserve. I rarely do reviews, this is a company definitely worthy of mine. I cannot say enough really but what I can say is, if you call 24 Hr Air, you will receive excellent service from them!!! You will recieve service, the 24 Hr company name is actually the service that they offer; real 24 Hr Air conditioning service!!! This is one of those precious finds that everyone hopes for when they really need help, this is one of those companies you can really rely on, 24 Hr Air.

I live out of state with a rental property in FL, and 24 Hr Air Service has been servicing my AC for many years. They have done repairs and new installation and I have come to depend on them for their technical expertise, reliability, and reasonable prices.
Before I started using their service, I did not have any AC service company for more than one job. I was nervous when I needed service because my job was either not urgent enough to warrant a timely visit, not properly diagnosed, and or too expensive.
When you are a landlord and especially an absentee landlord, you want dependable, reasonable priced service, done right the first time. That is what I have found with 24 Hr Air Service.

I had my AC system replaced less than a year ago by another company, but they do not offer emergency repair service. Since the unit was replaced I have been having trouble finding out the reason the house continues to get hot. I had called out my previous company twice now and they couldn't find the issue.
Finally on the day I needed an emergency repair the house climbed about 10 degrees in about 45 mins. They had someone out here in about an hour after I called. Not only did she completely inspect the new AC unit, she did what my previous AC company didn't do. She actually went into the attic to take a look at the duct work and found there was a large leak in my duct work. My previous AC company never even bothered to check the ducts after they installed my new system.
Since she did the repair my AC unit has actually been keeping my house the correct temperature. I am very thankful to them for doing such good work.

My ac went out randomly , I was searching around and called maybe 4 company at midnight ! Because it’s 1 million degrees in my house. A friendly voice came on the phone , gave me all their pricing ensured me that they will get my house cool in no time. Before we got off the phone, the lady told me 30 mins he will be there. Less then 30 mins, the HVAC guy pulls up greets himself I showed him where everything is, he found the problem in no time and my house is cooling down again!
I will absolutely use this company again and again. Thank you guys very much !

Read some interesting reviews on here for these guys, but I really have only good things to say. Came home Saturday evening to find our house was about 83 degrees and the air wasn't running. I tried to figure it out, but to no avail. We called 24 Hour Air Service. A technician was over to the house within the hour and was able to diagnose the problem. He said he could be back in the morning with the new blower motor. My only complaint was he showed up a couple hours after he initially said, but when he got there the AC was back up and running very quickly. The technician was a nice guy who explained everything well for me and got the job done quickly.
