Nick came today after being contracted through my home warranty company. I was quite impressed how quick they set up my appointment being that I had just reached out today. The manner in which he was able to quickly and professionally fix my water heater was impressive. I will definitely be requesting this company the next time.

Nick did amazing job with fixing my leaking pipes from my ac unit. I was a little skeptical on what he had in mind to fix the issue but I trusted him with making it look nice and neat. And that's what he did! Super satisfied. The company itself worked with my schedule as well so that was a plus! Will definitely use them again if needed.

Hot water heater was installed by Nick. What a great guy! He got right to work and had it all set within a couple hours. He gave us some pointers on maintaining for longer life. Nice to have a personable and professional installation specialist come to your home and provide super service.

American Home Shield sent me the information for Five Star. I immediately looked them up and was happy with all the positive reviews. I can say, everyone that has experienced Nick as their tech was right! He came right over on time, respecting social distance, mask, and gloves! He introduced himself and went to work. I thought it would take hours, but no; Nick not only knows what he’s doing, he knows how to get it done in a timely manner. I had a leaky bathroom pipe, the inside of two toilet bowls tanks’ needed new parts, new handle one one toilet, not sure how, but the base of one toilet used to move, Nick fixed that too! I have a leak under my kitchen sink, he ordered the part. Nick was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Five Star made an excellent move when they hired Nick. I would use and recommend this company time and time again!

I used 5 Star Air Quality & Plumbing LLC for some plumbing repairs. I was referred to them through my Home Warranty company. Pat and Nick have been a pleasure to work with. Rates are competitive! Nick will assess the situation and will explain what is goin on. Their schedules are tight and because of this scheduling can be difficult. Being flexible with your appointment time is a must. Regardless, I will be using them for future projects!

Nick Jr. came out to address plumbing issues covered under my home warranty. He was professional, competent and found issues of poorly done (probably do-it-yourself) plumbing left by the former home owner. He also listened to my wish list of items to address in my home and came back with affordable options. I will definitely continue to use 5 Star. Next up is the HVAC maintenance. Really terrific to find a professional that can do more than one type of service. I really got the luck of the draw when my homeowners warranty picked 5 Star to come out for my service.

5 Star is awesome. You call and they will come out same or next day. They have a very responsive text message system that lets you know when the technician is coming. Pat who you will take to is extremely knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. The technicians are professional, friendly and get the job done right and quick. I highly recommend them. No problems only good results.
