Do not trust this business at all. I ordered two complete systems from them, and they did not send all of the equipment or the correct equipment that I paid for. I took the matter to the BBB, which is a lost cause as they are not really there for the consumer, but rather big business. I am taking legal matter against AC Online now. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company, or you will be ripped off just as I was.

I ordered a full HVAC system from them for my 2 story house. It came in within the stated time, and the HVACR guy had no issues installing the AC system. We did have a fan go bad on the unit but that was fully covered by the manufacturers guarantee. My Family saved more than $2000 on hardware for this job.
