In the process of selling my home, because I accepted a job in Denver, and my AC goes out! Wow! Great timing and all. So I search for emergency AC repair Orlando FL and find Alliance Air and Heat and Ron the owner comes out and let's me know I will indeed need a new system due to the old one being 20 years old. So I bit the bullet and he orders the system and now I have a fresh HVAC unit for the new owners to enjoy. It really helped me sell my house too. Great job by Alliance and Ron!

One of the things I had asked to have done was that the Return Air duct be replaced as the old unit had flooded the Return Air Duct. I was told the top of the Return Air duct would be replaced along with the Air Return Duct. The Return Air Duct was not replaced - the bottom was cut out and so I do not have what they told me they would do and assured me they would do - the top of the unit where it meets my wall is not a very good job either. Given the photos I have of the after installation I knew I would need to fix the dry wall containing Return Air Duct - which I accepted as what I needed to do as I had the dry wall compartment completely open for them to be able to do the job right - replace the Return Air Duct Box.. they did not!

{ I contacted Alliance Heating and Air conditioning about replacing my 20 year old Aqua Therm unit (R22 system), they were very honest and upfront about replacing the unit , Ron said he would replace just the inside unit if that was what I really wanted, he recommended replacing both inside and outside units and explained why - even though I knew why and that he was right I was trying to cut short my expense on the unit. In the end I decided to replace both the Condenser and the Air handler together with a new R410 system - Cheaper to do it right the first time than it is to do it right the second time.

I had many companies that wanted to sell me their systems - some did not know what an AquaTherm was others proclaimed I would have lots of trouble with an AquaTherm (20 years and NOT one issue with my old one). Some proclaimed the units had a long wait period for shipping, and if memory serves me I think I was told they were not available anymore (I am not sure on the last part - I just don't remember exactly all the things I had been told by so many different companies) .

Ron knew what I was talking about, he knew what things could be done and what should be done. He was straight up with me on it.

Ron had the unit installed and running with in 2 days. His price was also one of the best - while he was not the cheapest, he was also not the most expensive. I felt his price was reasonable in comparison to the others out there. I would recommend this company to others looking to purchase a new unit.

If ever I have an issue with my ac, Ron is always quick to respond and help with any problem at hand. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He has an old fashion service style about him, where he actually cares about his customers and wants to give good quality service at a fair price. That is a rare find these days.

I normally don't do reviews but I felt this was appropriate because my search for ac repair in Orlando led me to Alliance Air and Heat LLC. I am so glad I found them. I have been in Central Florida for about 30 years and have never felt as good about a purchase as I do now. I have a brand new AC system by Carrier and could not be happier with Alliance and the price they gave me. Ron the owner made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. I would like to say alliance air is the absolute best! From calling with my concerns to them coming and checking out the problem! The gentleman who installed my unit was courteous and knew what he was doing! And Ronnie which I believe is one of the owners is an absolute peach! I am sure glad I found Alliance Air and Heat. I had several air conditioning companies that wanted to charge me several thousand dollars more than what Alliance quoted me. Ron the owner came out personally to finish the job. Can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Saturday before Easter, AC went out on Rental Home and called Alliance Air to try and get some help. Got in touch with Mr. Ron and he was gracious enough to work with me and get my Carrier AC unit back up and running again. I will definitely call upon Alliance Air for any future AC problems! Got a mailer from Allowing Air & Heat advertising a special,on year old new units. Called and left message along with requested email for contact purposes. Received an email and replied to a few questions, and we set up an appointment on May 11, 2021 for between 11am and pm for a rep to come and give an estimate. As told they would call when on the way. Sat here for three plus hours and never heard a word. Emailed them a few days later, and no response. That pretty much tells me pretty much all I need to know. If they can’t keep an appointment with no explanation for potential business, how are they about getting the job done correctly and in a timely manner, or how would they respond if there were any issues post installation after they have gotten paid?
