Service was excellent from the very beginning and all the way through the install. They were able to come out to diagnose quickly, patiently explained all of our options (after taking a good amount of time to run every test imaginable) and answered all of our questions. We decided to get a new system installed (instead of fix our 12+ year old one) and they were able to schedule the install for the next day. Install took about 6 hours and then they came and walked us through everything and how to work it. Overall best experience I've had with an AC repair yet (and we've had a lot in the past few years with our old system) - will definitely be working with them again!

I called Aloha Air at the recommendation of a friend & neighbor. The company I was under contract to not only failed to maintain the system I bought from them less than 4 yrs prior, improperly diagnosed the problem, which would have cost me over $500 to repair even though the part was still under warranty. Aloha Air sent out their Chief Technician & they did so the very same day at no charge to give me a second opinion. The problem was not even the AC unit, itself. It was a loose connection in the AC breaker box that kept shutting down the system, not the blower motor overheating to trip the breaker. He saved me over $500 and the system is working and cooling better than ever.
They even uncovered a severe mold problem in the unit that was spreading mold throughout my home. They will be installing a UV light like those in hospitals to kill bacteria soon.

Aloha Air helped me out after I had my system installed by Just Chill Air Conditioning, when my drain line became cracked and was not draining properly. Additionally, they rectified an issue with an incorrect air size duct setup for my guest room. Very helpful, quick communication and a pleasure to do business with! Looking forward to seeing how the new duct and condenser line / pump work.

Aloha Air and Marcelo are an excellent choice regardless of your HVAC need. Top notch service, can handle any type of job and he is very informative and explains what is being done. I originally called to get a second quote/opinion to replace the air ducts and check out my AC unit in a property I purchased, that used to be a rental. Then hired Aloha Air for the job and have used for future needs/servicing etc. Will continue working with Marcelo for my properties, and my clients looking for a recommendation
