Have used Bob Heinmiller for over 18 Years. Bought two new systems from them for my home. They took good care of my old system and made it last for a total of 22 years. Once the compressor failed it was time to replace the system. K.C. was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all my questions or my satisfactory. I went with the New Carrier Infinity System and it is absolutely amazing like K.C. said it would be. Would highly recommend Bob Heinmiller for all your HVAC needs. Amazing people and company!

They go above and beyond to make sure the job is completed as expected from the initial install to all of the sevice calls. They take the time and effort to make sure everything is working properly before leaving the residence and they leave the site clean.

When it was time for a new air conditioning system, we called several companies for quotes, including Bob Heinmiller. Patrick came over same day. He was terrific! He took a look at our old system, listened to our needs and budget, and offered informative suggestions about the new system that would work best for us... all at the best price. Install day was a breeze. We were impressed with the attention to detail by Eli and Anthony. They're a couple of pros who obviously take pride in their work. They installed the equipment, walked us through the thermostat comfort settings, and even helped with the wifi connection. Neat and complete! Our experience with Bob Heinmiller was exceptional.

Poor customer detail and attention. Scheduled early 9 am consultation for a new HVAC unit, with expectation set by scheduler for 1-hour timeframe (I specifically pointed out that I had to go into work at 11a). Rep did not show up. When I called to check in after a 1-hr wait, Rep was still 30 min out. Result: low trust. No communication from them. And, unfortunately, company could not positively represent themselves on a simple initial appointment.

Met with Patrick and his team. They were informative, responsive, and always available to talk. Knocked out my installation in 1 day and has been working great ever since.

Matthew visited our home in response to my request for an evaluation installing a house generator. The entire process from initial contact to a finished operating system was a pleasure. Amanda and Debbie handling phone calls and coordinating Seminole County inspections were outstanding, friendly, and informative. Mark, Joe, and Dan completed the installation in one day with little invasion to my landscape. If you can utilize any service or products from this company I would highly recommend them without question.

After having a full system and ducts replaced, I would highly recommend Bob Heinmiller HVAC. They did a good job, and KC made sure everything was done to code and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Great company!
