What can I say other than it was Comfort Pro's Air & Heat to my rescue! My A/C developed severe leak inside of my home. And was making a mess fast.

I called a family member who told me not to worry, he had a company to recommend to me. I was given a telephone number and a first name of Billy. I shot Billy a text and within moments I was given an appointment I could work around.

Billy was prompt, courteous and respectful of my home. He listened to me as I shared what I thought might be causing this. He never interrupted me and when I was done he went into action.

As it turned out it was a blocked drainage pipe and a faulty overflow switch. He of course had everything with him to get me back up and running in no time.

Sunday late night my AC stopped working, I texted Billy first thing Monday morning to see if he was available to come out to evaluate the system. He immediately responded and had my unit up and working within 2 hours of contacting him! He was punctual, excellent in communicating, providing photos and estimates of preventative work (which I had him perform), professionalism was on point too! I highly recommend using his services, he won’t disappoint! Hope this review eases your mind, in knowing you’re in great hands!!!!

Comfort Pros is the only way to go! Our A/C had a short at the outside unit caused by the fan wiring. Billy responded to my message right away after 5pm and was at my home the next morning and by 10am my home was up and running! 5 star service all the way around. To add to the great service, I was given the ability to pay from an online invoice which was easy and striaght forward. We also received photos of all the work performed right to my email for my records. Exceptional work and service!!

When our ac has had any issues we have called Comfort Pros. They always always do a great job and have gone above and beyond to make sure work is done in a correct and timely manner. We are pleased to be able to trust them when there’s so many companies who don’t take pride in their work anymore. It also helps that they are so friendly and funny.

Our AC went out and I was lucky enough to get a good recommendation for them from a coworker. The owner had someone out to look at the unit within a few hours and had an extremely reasonable quote for a new AC fairly quickly after that. Justin and Tyler came out several days later to install it. They were courteous, answered any questions we had and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them too anyone who needs work on their AC.

Our old AC system stopped working suddenly and Billy was able to get us set up with a new system very quickly. His prices were competitive and technicians were on time and professional. Justin did an awesome install and everything was very clean. The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish. We will continue to use Comfort Pros. Thank you!
