After researching several other companies, we hired Cool Zone AC to replace our old AC. I'm so glad we did! Service was spot on. The technicians who came to do the job were fantastic. Owner Mark, stopped by to check how they were coming along. Our Daiken Fit is amazing. I will be sure to recommend to everyone. We are very pleased!

They just replaced our whole A/C system in a timely and efficient manner. We got several quotes from various companies; but they were the best value. Devin provided several system options that fit our budget and needs through email which made accepting the quote and scheduling the installation a hassle free experience. He was always responsive to texts and emails regarding any questions we had. The installation team was awesome, they worked diligently to get everything installed properly and quickly. The system is great, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

What a wonderful experience. Our ac was out when we got home from vacation, called them and service provided immediately. They sent out Jackson, omg -what a Blessing. Very respectful, well knowledgeable, explaining everything to the simplest form so we understood what he was doing. You need to patent that young man. We called the office to just rave his services. My A/C shut off in the middle of the night and it was 80 degrees at 3 a.m. I contacted them as soon as the office opened and they sent out their Technician that afternoon. Allowing me a time frame that wasn't all afternoon, but a short window and notified when they were coming to my house. Jackson came out and provided top notch customer service. After a short time looking at the system maybe 10 minutes, it was running about 10 minutes later. He looked at my outdoor unit too, which is pretty old, to see if freon was needed. Turned out there were no leaks and it was full, that was a very pleasant surprise as I was expecting an upsell. Very good experience, would recommend to family.

Today I experienced a situation that I had with my commercial walk in freezer and two of my water chilling systems that we're not working. From start to finish this company was great! We had two new systems install by this company right before Christmas and the technician was able to put in two units in one day. They were on time, professional and though throughout the process. You can't go wrong by choosing this company to do you A/C installation. When our A/C broke down in the middle of the summer heat, we called our home warranty company thinking that we were covered. After speaking with them, we found out that all they were providing was a discount percentage since the unit had to be replaced. They provided us with an estimate to replace the unit and we were happy to see the discount.
Since I was a member of BNI, I called Mark Adams to provide me with a quote. I was shocked (in a pleasant way) to find out that Cool Zone was able to provide us with a better quote for a superior unit, even with the home warranty discount that we were eligible for. Not to mention that the home warranty company’s contractor could not install for another 7 to 10 days.
Long story short, Cool Zone A/C came out in about 3 days and installed our new unit and we could not be happier. I have recommended Cool Zone to my neighbors and I will continue to refer them because I know they provide honest services.

Mark the owner had to be contacted after no showing at time of appointment and never submitted an estimate after 3 days of promises. Definitely not a good representation of Angi/Home Advisor
