I’ve used Duncan a few times now. They are extremely responsive and will do what it takes to take care of their customers. Especially in the hottest part of the summer when your unit goes down. Highly recommend!

Big Shout Out to DUNCAN... Thank you for saving us. Florida rain rolled in but the didn't let it stop him. He posted up an umbrella and continued his work on the outside unit... They had cool air blowing again in less than an hour. Fantastic Service... I highly recommend them!

Best company ever! I had them out Saturday to install a new disconnect box and I had an issue today with the fan continuously running. Dallas sent Wayne right back over and he had the problem fixed in 5 minutes!! The are extremely reasonable and everyone there is amazing. Thank you guys for all your help

My landlord contacted them to fix my AC which suddenly stopped working. The appointment was made same day for between 4 & 8, and the tech showed up just after 4. They couldn’t fix the issue as it was an electrical problem, not an HVAC problem but they gave me some pointers and I fixed the unit myself following their advice.
