Josh and Ironce are an amazing team! They came out during the busiest time during the holidays. They provided excellent customer service in a timely manner and diagnose our problem immediately I highly recommend Energy Air! Thank you for a great service.

An individual was sent to my home re our AC not cooling. It was a Carrier, installed by them a few years before..2020. Upon arrival, the guy stated my fuse box was making a clicking sound and he wouldn't be able to help me. He said I had an electrical problem. I called Energy Air..in Apopka..and informed them of my issue w his service while I was speaking w his supervisor, he left. His boss, Josh, explained why he couldn't do a diagnosis. That day we had the electrical fuse replaced and called back, they said they couldn't help me until the next week! We used a better company, however, I receive a bill for $130 in the mail for a diagnostic never completed! I call to complain, a woman stated she was NOT going to take the charge away, behaves like a 5yr old, and hangs up. When I call back, a Jason..or Josh stated I didn't have to pay the bill as long as I agreed never to call on them again. In Spire of them being my original installers. Mind you I called another business out whom diagnosed immediately before our fuse was replaced. They care nothing for the customer and will rob you of all your hard earned money! Buyer BEWARE

Josh arrived and fixed the water sensor on my AC unit. He flushed the drain pipe as well. Great service and I was able to get the AC back on after 2 days. Thanks Energy Air!

Josh arrived early in the arrival window provided by energy air and called ahead to confirm his arrival. I was not left waiting at home for the service call. Josh was courteous and professional and serviced our A/C quickly and efficiently. He also helped me with a new thermostat I had wired incorrectly the night before. Highly recommend Josh!

Libny Maldonado is outstanding! He came out with less than 24 hours notice for a maintenance check on our A/C unit to compare with another vendor. He provided excellent customer service, assessed our system immediately, serviced it, and even replaced the capacitor on the spot. Not only was his assessment far more reasonable than a competitor, but he also offered a variety of choices and scenarios to help extend our unit's efficiency, repairs, and replacements that far exceeded my expectations. We recently replaced our twenty year old heat pump with a new one.
Energy Air installed our old system and this new system. This
was an emergency install since our old system suddenly stopped working.

Energy Air responded quickly to our needs in the “heat of the summer.”
Jason, our salesmen found us a system quickly which could replace our old unit’s specs. The install took place only a few days after our purchase of the system. Tran and Oscar did a professional and efficient job of installing the new system. There was one minor problem with a water leak that was resolved quickly. I would recommend Energy Air for your air conditioning and heat pump needs. They are professional, courteous, and know their field of service

The techs that came out to fix my AC that had stopped, were very professional and thorough. William was so nice and got the AC back up and running quickly and in that process, found the problem with the evaporator coil that needed to be replaced under Carrier's warranty. William took time to explain how the system works and what went wrong and how it affected the unit. He gave me suggestions as to what i could do to further the life of the unit. When the evaporator coil arrived, Josh was the tech that came out to install it. Josh was very courteous and professional. While the handler was opened up, he took time to explain what the internal components do and how the evaporator coil was causing the initial problems. Prior to leaving, Josh made sure both thermostats were programmed the way we wanted it. I was very happy with their service and will use them again.

Manny came over after hours, found our issues right away. He was in and out of our house within an hour. He was polite, a great salesman, and efficient. We were grateful for his service.

This company installed an A/C unit in a new construction. They improperly installed the Saf T Switch (per the tech that came back to fix it) resulting in flooding in my house after a clog. They then tried to charge me for coming back out to correct their negligence. I don't think so... I'll never call them again, there are plenty of people that actually know what they are doing. SCUM BAGS!
