I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Every single person at Ferran has given us excellent customer service. Our salesman Sean explained Everything thoroughly about the unit we decided on and each step that would be taken after that. The install was great, nice and neat, duck cleaning was awesome and love our new thermostat! I have recommended Ferran to several neighbors....Excellent company to work with!! Thank you!

Mike Harvey did an excellent job. He is one of the reasons I choose to use Ferran for this project. I have used him in the past. I know he will get the job done the first time and he always leaves a clean area. I feel safe letting him in my house. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Last year 2020 I needed a A/C unit and decided to use Ferran Services mainly because of the ratings and after numerous interviews with other company's representatives I went with Ferran services. Nick was my representative and point of contact throughout the entire project. Nick was very professional and very informative as to what was to be expected from Ferran's services. He truly put me at ease and so I proceeded.
From the initial appointment to conduct a load calculation to determine the size A/C unit I needed the appointment started off a little rough! The technician didn't even show up as scheduled. He was suppose to be at my home at 7:30am but didn't show. I called Nick to find out what happened. I was told the technician had been miss-informed that my appointment had been canceled which wasn't his fault. By the time he arrived It was almost 9:00am. Louis apologized and I truly felt he was very honest in explaining what happened with the appointments that day. He proceeded to get the job done determining what size unit I needed despite the office getting the appointments mixed up.
On my installation day February 10th 2020 the team showed on time as scheduled. Everyone worked well together to get the unit installed "quickly" but there was still a lot of detailed work needing to be followed up with & done prior to their inspection. There was quite a bit of exposed areas above the inside unit going up into my attic that needed to be enclosed and sealed. They also had challenges getting the condensation pump to operate correctly due to the size of the pump and angle of the drain pipe. But they were very dedicated to get it right!!...Ferran sent a pre-Inspection tech [Ray]out to ensure everything was done correctly before the official inspection was done. Technician Ray took the time to get everything right! Inspection day came however the work didn't pass inspection simply because the breaker in the main box was not labeled correctly. Over all Ferran services was "very dedicated" to get it right to ensure my unit was working properly and the breakers were labeled properly. Finally the second inspection came and they passed!!.. yes!!.
Since last year I've had Ferran to also install a complete Electrical breaker box for my home because my box was so outdated. Technician Sonny came out and did a amazing job!...After completing the job and Sonny leaving we realized the A/c unit wasn't coming on. I called the office and that same night Sonny came back at 9:00pm as a "priority" to check the breaker box, realizing due to miss labeling of one of the new breakers and one turned off is why the A/C unit was not coming on. After everything was "double checked" & labeled correctly and reset properly. Issue was fix.. A/C came on okay.. I was impressed that Sonny came "all" the way back that evening to ensure every breaker was re-checked and on properly.
Not only have I had Sonny to come out to my home. I've had other Ferran's Electricians to come out to repair and install receptacles, hang ceiling fans. All of them have been very hard working technicians. All have been very respectful and seemed to be very happy working for this company.
I've also had one of their plumbers Derek to come out and determine a leak from upstairs to a downstairs area. He identified the issue quickly and changed out my upstairs bathroom's tub faucet and shower head that was very old.. Problem fixed! He was very honest and professional. he didn't try to sell things I didn't need. He identified the issue and fixed it.
So as a whole from A/C installation, Electrical services, to Plumbing Ferran Services has Met and Exceeded all my expectations. I would not call any other company for my home repair needs other than Ferran Services. If it wasn't for the first appointment mishap I would have given a 5star rating but as a whole I feel Ferran does a great job!.. Thank you

Excellent emergency service!

HVAC dies on the 4th of July. I called at 7AM, tech called me at 9:40AM telling me he was on his way, arrived 30 minutes later, and I have cool air before 10:30. Super friendly and quick.

Justin was great, thorough and kept a clean work area. Our second time using him to install our EV charging (we moved) and will continue to use Ferran!

Call and booked an appointment. I needed someone to check out my ac unit that stopped running. The service person never showed up or called. I called and was sent to voicemail within the working hours and never received a call back. I figure the technician was arriving late. Also never received a call the next day either. It was very unprofessional. The person who took my call to book the appointment seem very unprofessional. It was disappointing to wait and not at least get a call back.

Crooks! Charged me over $800 just to replace a corroded pipe nipple about 12" in length. The work took only 15 minutes and a pipe wrench. I understand that we're not just paying for the parts but also for the years of experience that the technician has, but if a repair can be done in 15 minutes using a replacement that costs about $2 and the only tool needed is a pipe wrench, is it justifiable to charge over $800? I recommend you avoid these crooks.

I called Ferran around 3:30 one afternoon regarding a AC issue. They said they could have someone come that afternoon. Within 20 minutes of the initial call, they called back saying a technician was on the way and they fixed the issue. This level of service is why I use Ferran.

Michael Figueroa is the best plumber I have ever hired! He is the calm in a storm that you need when chaos occurs. I had a pipe break and Michael came out later on a Sunday evening to fix. He was pleasant, kind, efficient, thorough, and a super hero!

This is the second time within a few weeks I have used Ferran for separate plumbing repairs. I am blessed to have had Michael Figueroa to be my plumber for my first repair and so I requested him for my second. I breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Michael is working in my condo because he is terrific at his job. He is honest and extremely pleasant to interact with. He even arrived 40 minutes early! He works fast and efficiently. Because of Michael, I will only be using Ferran from now on. He is just that awesome!
