Oswaldo and Juan were quick and efficient. New home owner. The a/c system had a pipe blocking the vent. Oswaldo and Juan were able to relocate the pipe successfully. Less than 30 minutes. Will be using them in the future if needed

I was very pleased with the initial customer service experience. I had questions, and Juan took time to make sure that I understood everything about the unit I was buying, he explained why using the Carrier brand was a great choice with the pro's and con's, explained the pricing which they have great pricing, and what would be done step by step by the staff members. Also, I felt very comfortable with the staff members who was very professional, neat, and clean. I give this company straight A's and will recommend them to other home owner's that need an AC.
