I have been waiting to replace 2 units for 5 years. Honest AC company even cheated by making me pay to synchrony bank without doing any installation whatsoever. It took almost 2 months to clear my liability. They have an unscrupulous practice of collecting your social security number. I have been requesting to few companies to send a technician instead of a salesperson !! None of them bothered. Thanks to Nichol who was trying to sell through Costco customers I got in touch with Hilda who happened to be a technician from Mrs Busy bee company. I was so impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. Even before she requested a quote from her office I knew I was going to work with them. In 3 days project was completed. Waiting for the inspection in few days!! Compared to 4 other quotes I received Hilda’s quote cost me less and their technicians led by Carlos were amazing. Thank you for a great experience. Esther changed my mind from interest free to a smaller payment which I can pay it off without a prepayment penalty. A good team serving above self!!! I wish them the very best.

This’s the second time I have used Hilda. She helped me out two years ago after my last airman left me in a terrible situation. Her integrity and work ethic are 100% and so refreshing in these times. Our A/C went out and the landlord's regular choice was on vacation, so he called this company (well after 5 pm on a weekday) and within 45 minutes, Hilda was at our home evaluating the issue. She determined the problem quickly, put together a temporary fix until the landlord approves the larger repair and parts get ordered so that we don't have to roast in the interim. She was friendly and upbeat and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Never once did she complain about the hour of day and when asked, said she would rather have a good review than a tip. They did the most fantastic installation and explained everything that they did. It was perfect. I compared it to other people they change the pipes the wire put the new unit said an even set up a chair so I could watch every step of the installation and they explained me what they did with highly recommend them to anyone.
