Neil's Heat and Air

Neil's Heat and Air is a must use a/c contractor for my family and now friends. Our experiences with Neil have always been super. Not only do we get to deal directly with the owner (which is rare) he has always been honest and fair weather good or bad news. I own a couple rentals and Neil is consistently there when I'm in a pinch. Thanks again for always treating my family and I like a people and not a number.

It was late spring and HOT! My A/C unit died and my family was suffering. I tried to contact a few bigger, more marketed A/C repair companies, but they either ignored us or took a lot of time to get back to us. Obviously my business didn't matter to them. I contacted Neil in hopes that he could help me out in a timely matter. Well he did, and had started on my repair before the big A/C companies had even finished their quote. Neil performed the right service with the right parts at way less than the other A/C companies' quote. Neil saved my "bacon" with the family that even the dog was glad.

They were here in less than an hour. I know almost nothing about air conditioners so they could have sold me a whole new system and I wouldn't know any better. They didn't do that. The problem was just a bad connector. It's good to know that there are honest contractors out there sitll and this is one of them.
