We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend using this business if you’re in need of replacing your AC unit as it ages out!

Rainaldi Home Services took care of me when I was in need. I felt everyone that helped me when my AC broke was thoughtful and kind, and attentive to my needs. Leo was honest and up front when he came out to assess the situation. He made sure I knew what my options were. Richard answered all my questions about purchasing a new unit and checked up on me through the installation. Danny Sr and Jr were so professional and considerate on the day of installation. It was all done in such a timely manner as well! My house was cool again in no time. I highly recommend this company for honest, quality, trustworthy service.

What stands out the most about my experience with this company is that every single person I worked with was very knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and nice. From the first phone call to customer service, to the troubleshooting technician, to the quick response sales person, wrapping up with the high quality installation guys, it was apparent early on, these folks are full team effort. Even though I did not shop around, I am convinced I made the right choice. I have a new AC system, works great, for a good price. Kudos to the team. You satisfied a detail-oriented technical engineer!

Hunter was amazing from the first phone call, he showed up in less than an hour and was very personable. The crew arrived the next day and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They left no mess and assured my parents were good before exiting. I would highly, highly recommend for any services.

I have used the company 3 times this year. Twice for a plumbing issue and once for my air conditioner. All three technicians were out standing. Today I had the pleasure of working with Kallel Hernandez for a leaky shut off valve in my bathroom.
But before setting the appointment I spoke with a extremely nice young lady on the phone. She was very polite and even stayed very professional with me while telling her of my frustration. She was even sympathetic while I explained what I have been going through. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been fantastic. And a great price. The tech today called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.
Hopefully not too soon but a home almost 50 years old you just never know.

Rainaldi is amazing for plumbing repair! We have had extensive work on both our bathroom drains / pipes and outdoor piping issues over the past few months and every time we have called Rainaldi they were quick to send someone and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. All the technicians have been knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!

Just had our home re-piped and the crew did a marvelous job getting it done in one day with complete cleanup. The next day the drywall people were here and were also excellent. I would certainly recommend Rianaldi for this type of work. 5 Star

My tub and toilet were backing up. I called and even the intake person was so cheerful and helpful. Gavin cane out the next day and was so professional and made me feel confident that he was going to be able to fix it and he did! Very friendly and polite. I’ve been using Rainaldi for a few years now and they’ve never disappointed. I’ve had an emergency AC need in mid FL summer and they were out to service fast. I use their maintenance program and every 6 months they come out and make sure it’s running good. They call to remind you and the people technicians call before they arrive. Each service tech has been great, explaining if you need, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Rainaldi for your AC/Plumbing needs.
