Shaw Air Conditioning and Heating

Shaw was recommended to me by a neighbor who has been pleased for many years. I called and was greeted with eagerness to accomodate my broken AC unit, but the were fully booked for the entire day, but they were willing to call back when there was a cancellation at the last minute. Service tech was excellent! Thanks for the cool air!

I had tried for over 2 months to get my air ducts replaced & the guy that kept not calling me back when he said he would no longer works for them & every message & attempt to talk to the guy in the office never happened. I never got a call back and am very unsatisfied with the whole ordeal. I found a company that does a superb job, figures in to account how much air each room needs, what part of the house gets the most sun, explains everything, calls back quickly or answers the phone right away & the best part to this excellent work & professionalism is that it's almost $1500 less. Everything happens for a reason!!!

They are very professional, responsive, do great work and have so much honesty & integrity, all of which starts from the top, down! We've been very pleased with their service and follow-thru.

One of your vans almost merged right into my car. During rush hour traffic they were in a lane that had to merge to the right after the traffic light and failed to realize my car was right next to them while they came over into my lane like it was nothing. Then proceeded to go at least 65-70 mph down a 45mph road. A lot of companies have how's my driving stickers on the back of their vehicles, lucky for that person y'all don't.

So back on the second one of your White Nissan Trucks decided to half merge into a lane while on the FL Turnpike near mile marker 263. For quite a distance he was in two lanes at once making it near impossible to merge right as he was still half in it. (For quite a distance) So I have to speed up past him to merge into the lane I need. He then proceeds to finally get over and speed past me while flicking me off. This behavior in both idiotic driving and in social interaction is absolutely unacceptable.

Again this was on the Florida Turn Pike near Mile Marker 263. This occurred on April 29th around 2PM. He was driving a white Nissan pickup belonging to your business. His license place is 506PCP.

They called quickly, came promptly and repaired the problem but were more expensive on the initial service diagnostic visit than my former company.

Terrible customer service CChernick said he is too busy to give me a price for a new AC ..
