TSC Service, Repair and Fabrication

I ran into a problem with my air-conditioning unit and called TSC. I spoke with Camille on the phone and she was very responsive to my needs and was able to set up an appointment for me for the very next morning. The owner Tony came to my home because all of his other technicians were already booked and out in the field. I was impressed that, it meant enough for him to come out to take care of a client personally. Tony was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very honest. He diagnosed my issue very quickly and showed me what to do if the issue were to happen again so that I didn’t need to call and have a repair company come in to fix it. TSC was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. If I ever have a problem with my air conditioning unit Tony and his team will be the first call that I make. Thank you Tony and Camille for making what could’ve been a very challenging problem an easy resolution.

I came home from work around 3pm to a warm house. I called TSC and they were able to squeeze me in same day. My capacitor had gone bad on my air handler. They had an extra one available and I was up and running within a few hours. I was dreading having to sleep in a warm house that evening. They came through for me. We called TSC Service to fix our AC unit because it kept freezing up. The service we received was fantastic. They came out in a timely manner and were very pleasant to my husband and I. After an hour or so our AC was fixed. The cost to repair our unit was very fair compared to other companies.

I was very impress that the company called me when tech was on the way. Showed up on time and was able to diagnose problem in less then a minute. Was just a clog drain only charge me a service call and clean the drain in 5 minute and left. Thank you Tony for such great servive.
