The technician was very professional and did a great job. He was polite, friendly, on-time, and thoroughly answered our questions. We're very happy with the service.

Ever since they have installed our new HVAC system 2 years ago they have been so easy to work with. We have been fortunate to have had the same technician for just about every service, DAVID is absolutely the best ever and actually, I don't even want any other technician to ever service our HVAC system other that David. He's kind, considerate, helpful knowledgeable and just a true joy to be around.

Technicians Dan and Joe did an outstanding job today troubleshooting my gas fireplace that has been giving me problems for months. They were able to quickly fix the issue and their professionalism and knowledge level was top notch! Two thumbs up!

They were polite, kept me informed, worked to achieve the highest level of excellence and they vacuumed, dusted and swept up after themselves. I had my cleaning crew on standby but didn’t need them! I was completely WOWED by the amazing service and experience. There’s no wondering why Total Comfort has a long track record of employee retention that exceeds 30 and 40 years of service. Technician (Aaron) was very professional and had no problem answering questions and explaining to me how heat pump systems work. He is truly an asset to the company. Total Comfort has been my go to for several years and I have recommended them to anyone needing air or heating service.

This company was there for 15 min and double charged me for the same thing. I called a number of times having to explain this.
After a number attempts they finally fixed the invoice and refunded us the over charge.
