DO NOT USE warning- One Stop Heating and Cooling are incompetent liars. They installed a brand new AC for our new build home but after monthly visits to fix the issue that was still under warranty, no real change ever happened.We got the run around with temporary fixes but still AC not working. Almost as if they were buying time until 2 year warranty for new build expires.
Made an appointment for the following day to fix my AC. They gave a 5 hour window of when the tech would show up. He arrived 3 hours past the estimated arrival window. They charged $220 for a capacitor (just the part) when a comparable part can be purchased for 1/10 the cost. My AC worked after the visit but it was disappointing to experience the 3 hour delay and extravagant parts charges.
Terry came to the home and checked the bathroom vent ducts for both bathrooms. The air flow was poor for 2 of 3 vents. He was able to clear the problem and we are very happy. We just bought this home and it is just out of warranty, but we have issues. Terry was polite and answered all our questions regarding servicing. I will contact the office to set up a maintenance appointment and get a service contract set up. We are very pleased! - Dave and Nancy.

Fred completed a very thorough maintenance of my HVAC system. He was very communicative, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I highly recommend him. Thank you One Stop and Fred for such high quality service!
I had a new home built and have had numerous issues with the air conditioner since day one. They give you the run around. The after hours line is a joke. Brand new home, brand new A/C yet it has quit on me numerous times and now its running but no longer cooling as it should. I could keep calling but they come up with a million excuses and fix it temporarily until something happens again. There’s no reason why a brand new unit in a brand new house should be having difficulty. No excuses.

He replaced our thermostat and serviced our HVAC system and provided detailed answers as to what had been going on with the system previously. Shawn is terrific at his craft and made our home feel cozy once again. Highly recommend his service and One Stop!
