Brown Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

Our A/C died last night. We called first thing in the morning and requested a technician to come ASAP. The office promised to send someone between noon and two . The technician called at 11:30 and was at our house at noon. He checked the system and shared his findings. The system is 11 years old and we know it is ready to be upgraded. The technician however went above and beyond to find used parts in his truck to fix the old system temporarily until the new one can be installed. He didn’t charge me for the repair and promised to come back if anything else goes wrong with it until the new system gets installed. We purchased the new system from him and the price and quality of the new unit is very competitive .I am a business owner myself and can appreciate a good service, quality and pricing. I’m looking forward to working with them to replace the unit in the next couple of weeks. Jose the tech was helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Marco arrived earlier than appointment, which was fine. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough and very pleasant. He even wrapped up my heavy hose after use. I did like being notified of who was coming to perform the service. Had new a/c installed by Brown one year ago. No problems and have lower FPL bills.

Jose was great! Called and gave me time if arrival and was here when he said, had system diagnosed very efficiently. Needed a new part and had one in the truck. AC back up in no time flat! Highly recommend! Reasonable price also. He also educated me as a new home owner on routine maintenance and changing air filters.

Our AC shut off unexpectedly. Contacted Brown and they were out within an hour. Identified and fixed the problem quickly. Troy was courteous and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with my experience.
