They're awesome, these guys. They were timely, courteous, and competent, and they performed a great job repairing my heating and air conditioning system. They were also very reasonably priced! They are without a doubt someone I would suggest to anyone looking for heating and cooling services nearby.

The technician also did a great job cleaning up after himself in terms of vacuuming up all the debris from the old unit, which made me feel like he really cared about making sure everything was clean before moving forward with installing our new unit.

The nearby Done Wright Heating & Air Conditioning Co people are extremely simple to work with. A family medical problem constrained a long postponement before establishment should be possible. They accepted everything and put away our new heater and climate control system for quite some time before we could be permitted to introduce it. Milton did a great job and was very professional. He was able to come out the same day I called. Honest, fair, efficient & effective. Identified and fixed my problem with an old AC unit in less than an hour and at a much lower cost than I anticipated. Highly recommended! My experience was 100% positive.

The repairman was prompt and courteous. Everything was fixed and necessary parts replaced with detailed explanations to all my questions. He told me what to do periodically to help maintain the proper functioning of furnace and humidifier. I highly recommend your company and the service gentleman.
