JR is in one word "Phenomenal". The dedication and loyalty to his profession/ craft and even more so to his customer base is a trait that has long been forgotten. I have used JR for a number of years now and never once has he not taken my call and/or replied back via text within a matter of minutes. He truly epitomizes an individual who cares about the customer while simultaneously providing a stellar job at keeping your AC system running to perfection.

JR was phenomenal. He is very personable and very very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem over the phone. My wife and I with our two kids are new to south florida and JR was referred to us from a friend. If we have any future problems we know exactly who to go to.

10/1/2021 - I had to add to my original review from 2016 in order to comment on my new system that was just installed.

Another 5 star job from JR at Alpine Air. After many years of standard maintenance, my 2003 American Standard system was finally ready for replacement. JR reviewed all the options and explained the differences between each. We decided on another American Standard, and went with the variable speed system. I only wish we replaced them sooner, the new systems is so quiet! It is more money, but it was worth the investment for us. JR's work is meticulous, and he treats your home as if he's working on his own. I highly recommend Alpine Air!

2016 - My original review was from a repair in 2016, which is below:

Look no further! I just called Alpine Air for the first time this evening at 3:00 pm because our A/C was blowing hot air. The owner, Joe, came to the house in less than an hour and immediately diagnosed the problem (a capacitor) and fixed it. I had originally called one of the bigger local companies because I need someone right away, but I really wanted to deal with a small company and owner who cares about their customer. Joe was able to come out right away without needing to give me a 4 hour window of time. He didn't try to up sell me on a new system, he educated me on the options and said to keep what I have until there's a real issue. He gave me honest advice and wasn't trying to sell me a service contract or a new system. I will definitely be calling him when it's time to replace my system. Thanks Joe!

Joe installed a 4 ton American Standard in my home; he is very professional and meticulous. He took the time to give me options and value for my money. He did a great job with the install and left everything looking amazing and clean. He is friendly and likes to make the customer happy. You can tell he takes great pride in the work he does.

Alpine Air installed my AC unit. They were on time for the appt, professional, courteous and patient with my questions and concerns. Overall they provided me with the right AC unit without trying to oversell me. I will continue to use Alpine Air Conditioning and recommend you give them a call before you go with anyone else.

Had an issue on a Sunday with my AC. I was trying to be “Mr. Fix it”, and I was trying to fix my condensation pump by myself. I ended up blowing some fuses and messing up a bunch of wires. Jr, was more than helpful and guided me through the process over the phone. Within a few minutes he had the issue diagnosed and I was able to fix the problem. Jr, went above and beyond in my opinion to help me get my AC working on a hot summer Sunday. I can’t thank Jr enough. I highly recommend his knowledge and expertise.

Alpine Ac fixed unit in less than 30 minutes. On 5 occasions two other companies visited and billed me yet were unable to repair correctly. Highly recommended.

JR has been my go to guy for many years. He's honest, reliable, fair, takes pride in his work and goes out of his way for his customers. I've recommended him to many and all have been more than satisfied with his excellent service.

JR at Alpine AIr has installed multiple HVAC systems in my properties in Sunrise and Oakland Park and done repair work many times. He always does a GREAT job. Even the inspectors comment on how nice of a job he does.

JR is one of those tradesmen who still takes pride in the finished product and advising you on what you do and don't need.

I won't use anyone else for my HVAC work in Broward County.

I've used their services three times.
One to fix the outside unit, one to change the indoor unit, and one to change my water heater. Excellent work! these guys know exactly what they're doing. It's not a secret as their quality of work gives away the extensive experience in the business and industry.

Make the call, ask questions and make a decision! it's that simple. Joseph is the person to ask for, you won't regret it. By the way... I reside in Davie FL, but he's got all three counties covered (Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach).
