The team did a good job. Roger and Jacob were professional and took feedback very well. They made sure I was a happy customer and came back to make sure I was satisfied with their service and everything was done properly. I would work with them again in the future.

The last company I had wasn't as professional as this company. I was having AC problems and needed maintenance so I called them. The appointment process was easy and it was professional how they handled their job. The day of my appointment that came on time and they were able to fix what was wrong with my AC. They were very respectful and explained to me what the issue was and how I could avoid it next time. I would definitely recommend using this company to others.

I used this company exactly last year around this season, summer. And I used 2 coupon, the guy that came did both intensive air Duct cleaning and A/C tune up, i paid and he left with out any problems or extra charge. The guy that came today, who said he was a supervisor, said I could not use more then 1 coupon a yr., When I call to make the appointment I was never told this, as i told them i was going to use 2 coupons. Later he said I i need it more freon, and that he would not put the free lb if I was not going to put the 5lbs ($95xlb) which I was not prepared for as last time business was to the point. He also said he wouldn't do the intensive air Duct cleaning because I would over work the unit and also his machinery was not equipped for my apartment. The employee was also very upset, he was not rude but seem very annoyed, when i told him i was not going to pay extra as all this was very confusing from last time, he ask for payment and left in a hurry. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the poor quality of information between the company and its workers. I would not use this company again nor recommend.

My experience with frozen HVAC was so horrendous I don’t even know where to start. I used the $65 complete package coupon that came in the mail. The service technician attached a hose to one vent and said it would clean the whole system. Some of the services listed in the package were not done. He did not reattach my dryer vent properly. As an added benefit, he left messes everywhere. Told me my relatively new AC system needed a ton of work which would cost approximately $3000 to fix. Cleaning out my dryer vent would cost $400. Really!? Mold remediation inside the unit would cost me at least $1300 even though he’s not qualified to identify mold in the system. This is a giant scam. Run don’t walk away.

I used this company for their duct cleaning service and they did not disappoint. Stephanie scheduled my call and she was professional and knowledgeable. The technicians were on time, called 30 mins prior to arrival and left my ducts very clean. Roger was my technician and he was very thorough with his service and explaining everything. Definitely recommend!

If I could give 10 stars for my recent service experience with Frozen HVAC, I would! :) My AC concerns were addressed/resolved in professional, knowledgeable and honest manner, I will recommend to anyone looking for skilled workers and great customer service.

Great company, was punctual, very clean with their work, and very reasonable pricing. Stephanie was always a pleasure speaking with and sent out Christian, who did a great job. Highly recommend.
