Dr. Fin AC & Plumbing

Dr. Fin AC & Repair is the only company I recommend using for your HVAC System. They are professional from the beginning to end. Rick and his helper came out and installed our unit 6 months ago. They were neat and tidy and went above and beyond. They worked extra hard to get it done in the right time frame as well. We couldn't be happier with the recommended unit we got and the work performed.

They came out to do the service maintenance on the unit now after 6 months and they took their time to check each piece of both the inside and outside parts. These guys care about what they do. Honest and hard working. Starting with the scheduling call to them walking out the door they treated us like family that you want to do right by. Big thanks to the whole Dr. Fin AC & Repair crew!

AMAZING service! Rick (one of the owners) came out and worked very hard to fix my AC problem at a very reasonable price. This was actually the 3rd company here in the last few days…the first did nothing helpful, the second only tried to sell me a ridiculously priced new unit. Feel much better now knowing my AC needs are in honest, hard-working hands!

We had a plumbing issue that turned out to be more than it seemed. Technician was eager to get the job completed and able to work with the other contractors availability.

As a president of a homeowner's association with responsibility for many AC units, I could not recommend a better and more responsive company than Dr Finn. Rick, the service tech, is not only knowledgeable and terrific to deal with, but he shows a genuine interest in solving problems. Other companies I have worked with are much more interested in selling new systems than in fixing a problem.

Our A/C unit failed on Sunday. This unit was installed by Rick in May of last year. The failure was unusual and might be called a weather-triggered event. Rick arrived and made a temporary repair to get the unit functioning again. He returned Tuesday with the correct parts; the repair was completed and at no cost to me.

Recently we opened a maintenance contract with Pride Mechanical, which included our A/C unit. I will maintain my maintenance contract with Dr. Fin AC & Plumbing; this company offers the confidence and professionalism requiring my support.

I recommend Dr. Fin to all without reservation based on my exceptional experiences with this company.

Was able to book him same day for my broken garbage disposal. Rick was pleasant, and quick with the service he provided. Appreciated it greatly.

The technician was professional, efficient, cordial and explained in detail, yet in laymen terms, what was causing the problem and what had been done to resolve it. I quoted and talked to about 10 companies and nobody gave me the confidence and trust or had the time availability for my issue until i found rick/peter and their awesome company. they went out detected the leak and instead of going right to a full replacement they offered to try to repair a week later my issue was resolved and my tenants were ready for hot water again they rick even went back and did a vent cap replacement to standard same day requested and it all went well and to our expectations, thanks comfort zone you guys are great.
