Prime Time Cooling

Asiel at Prime Time Cooling came highly recommended by an air conditioner repairman who no longer does installs. They gave a very competitive price which included permitting. The installers were very professional and cleaned the job site on completion. I am very happy with their service.

I called Prime Time for my AC repair and spoke to Asiel. He called me back very quickly and helped me troubleshoot a simple fix on the phone. (Battery in the thermostat!) That impressed me more than any service company and he followed up should I need service the same day. I highly recommend Prime Time Cooling

We have used Prime Time Cooling for AC repair and maintenance. Always prompt, friendly, and professional. Recently we came home from a trip to find AC not working. Prime Time came out the next day, diagnosed the problem within minutes and repaired it just as quickly. Highly recommend!

Excellent! I found these guys through the Thumbtack webpage. They were the first to respond and answered all my questions almost immediately including pricing. They showed up exactly at the time scheduled, worked fast, professionally and explained each step of the way. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

8/27/21 The blower motor module broke and the entire motor needed replacement. I only had to wait for the warranty replacement to arrive. As usual, the service was fast, professional and reasonable pricing. What more can you ask for? These guys are A+.

Another visit.. and as usual, on time and very professional. Issue resolved.

Compressor had not been working properly and shut off. We called Prime Time Cooling (this is the company we purchased the A/C unit and compressor from in 2019, an Amana). We called them Sunday and Tuesday morning two repairmen arrived. They were in and out within 30 minutes. It seems a lizard got caught in the compressor and shut the entire system down! All is well and I highly recommend this company for your A/C needs!

Lately I was becoming extremely concerned about an issue with my air conditioning unit (which was over 20 years old) and a friend recommended Primetime Cooling to me. When I called them I was thrilled that they were able to come out the very next morning to assess the situation. Raciel, the service manager, was very informative and I felt like he opened up a whole new world to me with a better understanding of the AC unit, and any questions I had, he was able to answer!

It was obvious I needed a new unit, and Raciel coordinated everything to set up for installation. Over the weekend, my old unit started acting up again, when I called him, he walked me through some steps to take in the meantime. Thankfully the new unit was installed in just a few days!

From start to finish, my experience with Prime Time Cooling was great and I couldn’t be happier ! My husband always said… “ It’s not the Company that makes the man, it’s the man that makes the Company” … he was right! Raciel, Glenn and Julio, You represent Primetime Cooling in such a positive and professional manner! I can’t thank you enough for the excellent work you all did yesterday with the duct cleaning and installation of my new AC unit. I feel so much happier and safer now!

I called the company for service and ended needing a new unit and the duct system replaced.
Three weeks later (July 12th) they came to do the work and installation within 4 days. My attic was very tight, hot and not an easy job, but Juan Carlos and his crew were amazing!!, very professional and respectful of my home and my elderly mom. They were short one vent cover and I was told by all, it will be ordered, deliver, and installed as soon as received.
It’s been 3 weeks; I’ve called and texted all the numbers listed for an update but have not received a return call or acknowledgment of my messages… I see Asiel reads and replies to reviews, maybe I will receive an answer this way. Keep you posted!

However, if I had been called I would not be asking. I did received a text 22 mins ago which sounded like I shouldn't be complaining or asking. Ok, we are at 3 weeks, no problem I will wait. Let see how long it takes.... Keep you posted!
