VERY responsive…came out within 48 hours to install a smart thermostat. Professional and courteous! Would use them again for all my AC needs!!!!

I must say I am so please with the service Dan & his technician Sam provided me and my family.
USA First A/C (Sam) provided excellent customer service, diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue all within 30 minute and charged me 1/3 of the cost the previous company quoted which was the wrong diagnosis from the beginning and we had been without air for 3 Florida days.
Sam (USA First) arrived at the time of my appointment, showed me exactly what was wrong (which wasn’t the fan compressor previously quoted by the previous company who was trying to rip us off).
USA First A/C is the absolute BEST, they will be my recommendations for your AC need.

I felt compelled to write this review as the customer service provided by this company was outstanding! I was having issues with my A/C unit for my tenant-occupied property. I'm currently about 2.5 hours away from the property, but felt at peace working with this company remotely as they continually kept me up-to-date. Sam was phenomenal! I felt like I was working with a friend/family who wanted the best for me and always kept me informed on all my options. Unfortunately the A/C unit had to be replaced, but I am so happy I found this company and had them do the replacement. Sam was always timely and his communication skills were exceptional. Highly recommend this company!

This company is beyond fantastic! Sami is the gentleman the company dispatched to my home when I first moved into my home when the AC broke. He was extremely nice, arrived early, fixed the issue and it was very reasonable. Since then, I have referred him to my family and we have been using them for 2 years now! Sami is always quick to respond if I have any issues and makes sure to come out to fix anything that is broken. He is very knowledgeable and only repairs what is necessary while also recommending things to extend the life of your unit. If you are looking for a very reputable company that stands behind it's work, please give them a call. I promise you will not be dissapointed!

Great business and professional staff. Don't hesitate to call on weekends! They DON'T charge after hours. My A/C broke yesterday, and their technician arrived within an hour to fix it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Company! I called and spoke with Brandon. He sent Sam out to me same day when I explained my AC went out. This company is such a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely honest with parts you may need and the pricing is beyond fair. They really take the time to explain everything and care about making sure your AC unit is serviced to last as long as possible. I have an AC company that I have been using for years, but when I found myself with a broken AC unit on a Saturday and they were able to diagnose but not repair the problem until Monday, I started searching frantically for another AC company who could help get the AC at my small business up and running fast! I found USA First AC and Brandon, the owner, was so helpful, so relatable (one small business owner to another), so determined to do whatever he and his staff needed to in order to get the AC at my business up and running ASAP. Their prices were reasonable, their tech, Sam, is super nice, presentable, knowledgeable, and reliable. And believe it or not, Sam was able to repair my AC without replacing the part my original AC company said was broken, saving us A LOT of money. Brandon followed up with me hours after the repair to make sure our AC was running as it should; and again the following day. Amazing customer service like that isn’t something you find everyday. I am so incredibly grateful to have found this company and have decided to use them for all of my AC needs moving forward.

I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a new A/C system or maintenance on your current unit. We are selling our condo and instead of repairing the 15 year old unit decided to replace it. Sam was out to look at the unit within an hour of my calling. We had an estimate that afternoon. Was a great price and excellent service from everyone involved. They went out of their way to get us the most undated unit and one that was the perfect size for our condo. The company we had used in the past took over a week to give us an estimate and was much higher. They took care of all the paperwork with our condo association and City of Wilton Manors. Definitely give them a chance to bid on your job.
