My AC stopped working. Breaker would trip whenever the compressor would kick on - so I knew something wasn't good. I received ACT as a referral from my neighbor - Gave them a call and the rest is history. Timothy seems like a genuine dude. He came out and replaced my compressor, explained the process, and showed me what was wrong with it. He had the new part installed and running within a few hours. The interaction and service was great. I will also be using them for yearly maintenance when I am ready to sign up. Thanks for the service guys!

Air conditioning shut down and when we called they set up a service visit immediately. Service person was very professional, organized and knew exactly what was wrong. He and ACT saved the day we are very thankful for their quick and professional response. They we have all of our HVAC business in the future.

I have 3 A/c units for my home in Port St. Lucie. Technician Tim was very professional and let me watch him work while performing Bi-annual inspection and preventive maintenance on my 3 units. Two units needed new capacitors after 14 years of use. He showed me why with the electrical readings he was getting and he had them in stock on his truck. Next one of my drain lines needed to be blown out due to clogged algae build up. I did not perform required monthly drain system maintenance as requested and now paying the price. All went well and I found fees reasonable and in-line with other companies prices. Definetly recommend ACT A/C services.

Jonathan (owner) & Jenny are fantastic! My 4 ton Trane Central A/C installation went as smooth as silk. They took care of everything, even registering the unit for warranty and handling inspection from the town. Jonathan also worked with me on pricing so that we both felt comfortable with the cost. Jonathan took the time to answer every question I had, and explained so that I would understand. They are friendly, efficient and true professionals in every way. Top notch A/C work/installation with great customer service. I was very impressed from start to finish with Jonathan and his whole team. Replaced a 13 year old unit with a Trane XR14 condenser, with a variable speed air handler (we love the variable speed option). Jonathan was always available to take my call, and very honest answering any questions I had. After the install, ACT took care of registering the unit and setting up the inspector. In my research, I have found that the AC brand you pick is only as good as the contractor who does the work. I highly recommend ACT Heating and Cooling and will use them again for any future needs!

Act Heating And Cooling Installed an almost new A/C system into the home that I purchased that was a ton to small to properly cool my home and to remove the relative humidity down to a safe healthy level! the 60, 65-70 percent humidity levels make me sick, made my walls soft and my electric bills are huge in the Summer and on hot days because of this! After I brought this to the attention of Jonathan Anderson the owner he refused to correct the problem and he charged me for parts that did not need replacement! I don't trust Act heating and cooling of Port Saint Lucie at all and I do not recommend them for any job! REALLY!
