Ebens Air Conditioning

I typically don’t leave reviews but Ebens did such a great job it wouldn’t feel right not doing so.

When my AC stoped working I called a local company in Port St Lucie, Ebens Air. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and got a service tech out to my home same day. The service tech seemed very knowledgeable. He gave me up front pricing and was able to fix it the same day.

We will definitely be using Ebens from here on out.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Our tech was Chris and he was awesome!! And thank god he showed up a little early and got our AC working in less than an hour, we couldn’t take this heat much more. We will be using them again for any HVAC issues we have.

Ebens has been exceptional. Kelsi in the office is responsive, clear, kind. She always follows up. William and Guerson are a great team. Professional, clean, prompt and transparent. I highly recommend Ebens as they really worked with me flexible and professional. What a joy.

Don’t think there are enough words to explain how wonderful this company is.

From the initial phone call, requesting service to the actual service itself. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

After the initial phone call I had made I thought I would need a bit to consider having to work actually done. I asked if they would mind if I called them back There was no hesitation, very very pleasant young lady that I spoke to.

Shortly there after I received another phone call explaining exactly how their services work exactly how they’re service called payments worked and just a very, very pleasant, no hard sell and based on that and that alone, I decided to have them come out and do the work.

They were not only on time they were actually early. The two gentleman that showed were exactly that gentleman they took the time to explain what they were doing what they had found, and when the job was done, I realized that they had cleaned up everything. There was not a spot anywhere to even show that they were here working. It was so very pleasant

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for prompt, courteous, and above all else excellent service.
